Stunning fraschetta, friendly staff, and the open counter with all the cured meats and appetizers is mouth-watering just by looking at it. We were about 15 people and, ordering only the "Sora Ines" appetizer, we were yesterday, so much so that we took away the first courses we had ordered (delicious even the next day, €1 per container though, not much but it made some people turn up their noses). The only small flaw: the tables are particularly narrow, at one we had the starters one on top of the other and there were those who weren't eating to hold their plates, also because the starters had all arrived together in a bang. There isn't much space inside so I understand the choice of narrow tables to have more seats, but a little wider wouldn't hurt. To return!

Typical Fraschetta di Ariccia, small place, service to be perfected, the courses did not arrive at the same time for all the diners, first courses served intermittently. Overly seasoned side dishes (sautéed chicory and pan-fried porcini mushrooms) with salt, there is room for improvement. HONEST account.

Fraschetta typical of the lower part of Ariccia with courteous and professional staff and typical Roman menu. We had some excellent Roman artichokes and a good porchetta and buffalo mozzarella as starters and amatriciana, cacio e pepe and pajata as first courses. Abundant sauce as per tradition and good but there was a little too much water both in the amatriciana and especially in the cacio e pepe.
Overall, however, we had a good time and spent the right amount.
