This is the case of Polly, a fraschetta from Cerveteri that has nothing to envy of Michelin-starred restaurants, offering healthy, authentic, and delicious cuisine, made up of dishes that go down without any interference. Saluni, fried dishes, ricotta, pasta with garlic, oil, and chili pepper, and white polenta with chicory and sausage opened the meal. Tripe, frittata, and cod continued with waltzes and polkas without any slowdown or hesitation. A thoughtful and friendly white wine gently helped the diners assimilate the dishes, while a nightcap brightened up the tuff-stoned atmosphere, instilling joy and happiness in the diners.
