Tripe, omelette and cod continued with waltzes and polkas without any slowdowns or hesitations. A shrewd and friendly white wine helped the assimilation of the dishes with the right courtesy while the stirrup glass cheered up the tufaceous environment, instilling joy and happiness in the diners. Excellent quality of food, truly unique courtesy, all in a really nice and particular environment and above all very clean, the price is very, very honest, I highly recommend it to all those who want to have lunch or dinner in a truly genuine way! We always come back very willingly and every time we have a great time.

The real Roman fraschetta dug into the tuff. The environment is familiar. The cuisine is Casareccia so much so that every day the menu is always different!!!! There isn't much choice because the authenticity and freshness of the dishes reign supreme. My wife and I had a cacio e pepe and an amatriciana, then secondly I had the stewed snails 🐌... exceptional!!!... and the chicken Cacciatora all accompanied by baked potatoes and washed down with a good house wine... the dessert ??? The trifle!!! The bill was €46... well what can I say, very honest especially for the quality of the food. I thank the ladies and the boy who run the fraschetta for their kindness... I remind the customers that by regulation they cannot serve at the table but it is all self service. Excellent 👌 we will definitely be back!!!! Thanks 🙏

Il posto migliore in cui io abbia mangiato, sia per autenticità che per quantità. Cucina e ambiente rustico e informale che a molti non piace perché non è raffinato, mentre io adoro perché mi sono sentita proprio a casa. In assoluto 5 stelle meritatissime, se si potesse ne metterei 10. Ci sono andata diverse volte nella mia permanenza e mai in una mi ha deluso. Qualità prezzo più che ottima, paghi poco e mangi benissimo
