We chose the fixed one of 25 euros which included a mixed starter of cured meats, cheeses, porchetta... Beans and today there were also artichokes. As a first course you could choose between those of the Roman tradition and others that vary according to the period... In the second course the choice is between kebabs or pork chop or roasted sausage with a side of chicory or potatoes or grilled vegetables or salad... And finally desserts from which you could choose between tiramisu, panna cotta, ricotta tart or wine donuts!!! The environment is nice, as is everyone who works there... If you're taking a trip to Ariccia and want to stop and eat, you have to come to the brothers! You won't regret it!!! 😁

Excellent fraschetta with Roman cuisine dishes, we took 2 complete menus, from the hot cold appetizer (cured meats sliced ​​at the moment, very fresh), to the first course (carbonara and matriciana) and to the dessert. All good, we ate with gusto. The dessert was much appreciated, especially the delicious chocolate tart. Friendly staff. We will definitely return.

Antipasto veramente da nota di merito,abbondante con moltissima scelta e soprattutto gustoso specialmente per quanto riguarda i fagioli,per i primi ne abbiamo presi 4 diversi tra tipici romani e quelli con le fettuccine anche loro ottimi e di qualità.DA RIFARE
