We visited this Fraschetta today and chose the €20 fixed menu, pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity of the dishes. The appetizers were generous and tasty: fresh cured meats, flavorful porchetta, beans with sausage and pork rind—all truly delicious. The first courses? A true explosion of flavors! We ordered a gricia and a carbonara, both perfectly cooked, creamy, and rich in flavor. The menu included wine, water, desserts, and even coffee, making it an exceptional value. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was authentic, typical of the fraschettas of the Castelli Romani. We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended for those looking for a true Roman experience without breaking the bank.

Excellent food served in LARGE quantities, very friendly and helpful staff, clean, tidy, and very quaint premises. Perfectly organized for gluten-free food. We had fabulous tripe. The price was absolutely fair and reasonable. Highly recommended, without a doubt.

I expected more, but in the end, it was nothing special. The appetizer was very, very good, but the first courses weren't so good. I had a carbonara; it was practically white and sticky. My partner had zucchini and guanciale, which were good but a little heavy. I wouldn't go back.

Tutto buono ad un prezzo più che ragionevole, con il menù a 21,00€ uscirete più che soddisfarti. L’unica piccola è stata quella di aver servito la porchetta fredda, ma tutto il resto è stato super!!! Andate!

25/08/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at Pizzeria L'Economica in Rome with a group of 15, and I can say it was a truly exceptional experience! On Saturday night, the place was packed, but despite that, the staff was incredibly efficient and friendly. They kept us waiting very little for a table, and while we waited, they kept us updated on the wait. In the meantime, we had time to enjoy an excellent beer! When we were shown to our table, the service was impeccable, with one of the staff members being particularly attentive and attentive to our needs. The quality of the pizzas was excellent, and the price was more than reasonable. The value for money was truly excellent! Highly recommended to anyone looking for an authentic and welcoming pizzeria in the heart of Rome. I will definitely be back!

23/08/2025: A truly positive experience. I tried several different types of pinsa... all excellent, including the sweet one with Nutella. The service was prompt and the staff were very polite and eager to accommodate all requests. The place was well-maintained and clean. Everything was truly perfect, I'll definitely be back.
22/08/2025: The best pinsa I've had in Rome!! Quality fried food and homemade desserts, a lovely outdoor terrace, and truly friendly staff, in a relaxed and youthful atmosphere. For the quality found, the prices are more than fair! Well done.
