Discovered by chance while passing by, a pleasant discovery. Sunday lunch, they have two sittings: 12:30 and 1:30. We had the cheese frico and the off-menu stewed beef cheeks, delicious, they melted in the mouth! To finish, a puff pastry with cream and warm raspberries! Fair prices for the quality of the food! The friendly waiters, upon asking, recommended them to us!! Simple cuisine, but well done!

I booked the first sitting at midday the day before, the dishes were lovely and plentiful, the best... even though I had eaten a lot, the dessert wasn't worth it...

After many years, we returned as a group (13 adults and 11 children). We booked ahead of time and were seated at two tables in the main dining room. The wait staff were wonderful and, above all, patient with our children. The food was appreciated by everyone, with special mention for the "salami with vinegar" and the "frico with potatoes and leeks." We had a wonderful evening and will do our best to return soon.

A very welcoming, traditional Friulian restaurant with friendly, knowledgeable staff and quick service. The typical Friulian dishes are highly appreciated, especially the mixed cold cuts and chicory with cracklings. Recommended

I happened upon it on Sunday with my wife. I'd walked past it many times without noticing the entrance (an old arched doorway opposite the church). The place was packed, but the young, friendly, and attentive waiters didn't keep us waiting too long. We usually eat vegetables as an appetizer, and here we ordered a "brovada," which was surprisingly served with a portion of freshly cooked polenta that was truly excellent (not the pre-cooked "semolina" you get in almost every restaurant these days!). For our first course, we ordered an orzotto with pears and speck, which to call excellent is an understatement! For our second course, a generous portion of delicious stewed guanciale served with excellent Friulian polenta. We also appreciated the lack of excessive salt in the dishes and the good house wine (Cabernet). We left very satisfied (even with the price) and plan to return to try the very inviting-looking "Frico," which we saw our neighbors order. Ezeta

A comfortable setting for lunch or dinner with friends. Typical Friulian dishes, some good [brovada e musetto, herb omelette, frico], others worth a look [orzotto/a side dish with chard]. Professional and courteous service.

08/01/2026: The food was good, the place was beautiful. I'd been there before for business dinners. It's a shame they ended up losing out on €1.50. There were 15 of us, four families, and the bill came to €29.10 each. We told the cashier so, and rounded it up to €29. He pays for the first course (€29 x €4), he pays for the second course, ditto, he pays for the third course, the same, he pays for the fourth course, and the lady charges him €1.50... We looked at each other and laughed. Not to mention that they didn't even offer us a liqueur at the end, as is usually the case, but that's part of the hospitality of the people, but rightly so, what do I expect from someone who takes €1.50 off a bill of over €400?

04/03/2026: We only used the restaurant as a group of 15 for Sunday lunch. The selection is sufficiently wide, including appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts. I highly recommend the pork shank (just the right size) and the goulash (truly top-notch). As for the first courses, since I haven't tried them, I can report very positive reviews. As for the appetizers, I have to give the mixed cold cuts a very high rating, while I think the cheeses could be improved, although they weren't absolutely bad (but that's my personal preference). I had a really good caramel pannacotta. In total, including six carafes of house wine and bottles of water, we spent about 30 euros, so absolutely reasonable prices. Unfortunately, perhaps the large number of people at the table contributed to this; it was a bit difficult to get everyone served at once with their dishes, but the wait wasn't excessive. Reasonably, 15 people is a bit more difficult to manage. There's plenty of parking available. Outside, at the entrance, there are benches and foosball tables. I recommend this restaurant and would happily return if I were to pass through this area again.
30/01/2026: Positive first experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Meat-focused menu with traditional Friulian and other dishes. I recommend the shin, if available. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the ingredients. The only complaint is that the service is a bit slow, but considering the number of seats, that can happen on weekends. Recommended.
