A typically Japanese atmosphere with a futuristic touch from the neon-lit space. The location is very well-maintained. The selection of dishes is excellent, all very tasty. They also have a good selection of gluten-free options.

A really cool place, with a futuristic style and neon lights that perfectly recreate the Japanese atmosphere—for a moment, I felt like I was back in glittering Tokyo! The location is truly perfect for a sushi bar. The sushi is very good, fresh and carefully prepared, and the takoyaki (the classic octopus balls) are delicious. It's a shame, however, that the ramen and tonkatsu were a bit disappointing: after the excellent sushi, we expected to rediscover those authentic Japanese flavors, but unfortunately, we were left wanting. The prices are a bit high, especially considering the less successful dishes, but still in line with a place that aims to stand out with its offerings and atmosphere. That said, overall, I really appreciated the attempt to create something new and unconventional in a small-town setting. It shows that sometimes you can create something ambitious without having to go far, even starting from where you're from. A special mention also goes to the staff: friendly and helpful. We had a problem where we had to leave in the middle of dinner, and they had no problem preparing takeout for the dishes we hadn't yet tasted. Congratulations on your courage... long live the ambitious!

A splendid location in Telizzi, this is one of the few restaurants in Puglia that attempts to recreate the atmosphere of an izakaya (just think, it's recommended by the Kenta guide, an institution for authentic Japanese cuisine in Italy). The authenticity doesn't stop with the atmosphere, but continues with the dishes, which are never banal and, above all, not overdone as is often the case... resulting in dishes where simplicity and mastery showcase the raw ingredients. Prices are high, but justified by the restaurant's leap in quality.

This is Puglia's finest restaurant. The atmosphere is unique, with stunning lighting, and the food is sublime. Chef Francesco truly puts his heart and soul into it. The staff is friendly and, above all, extremely knowledgeable in explaining all the dishes. For anyone who wants to cross the pond without a passport, the Frank Sushi Club awaits you with open arms.
