We were in this grill restaurant just this evening and we were very happy with both the good food and the kindness of the staff and the owner. The meat and cured meats are FANTASTIC, not to mention the desserts. I RECOMMEND IT TO ALL OF US. WE WILL RETURN TO VIAREGGIO JUST TO COME AND EAT AT YOUR PLACE.

The appetizers are good, the fillet steak with caramelized onions is excellent, the meat is very tender. When you want to break away from the usual fish dishes, this is worth it.

It deserves 5 stars for the meat and service, but I was honestly a little disappointed with the appetizer; I expected better. Compliments for the dessert.

Wow ! A truly great restaurant with a lovely ambience and really friendly staff. The steak was one of the best I have eaten and the prices are almost too good to be true.

I can say that if I lived around here I would have at least booked a table every weekend... The Tardelli with ragù are excellent.

Macelleria Franceschini deserves more than five stars. This place exudes the spirit of people who love their work and strive for quality and a rich culinary culture. Professional service in a home-like atmosphere; the outside is beautiful, but the inside is equally impressive. For the more refined palates, I recommend following the owner's guidance. High-quality food. The meat melts in your mouth. Even the tartare was top-notch. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The only flaw of the evening was that they didn't show and explain the cut of meat to us before it was prepared, even though we had said "chef's choice," which was actually done at the next table. Otherwise, the price was in line with the amount of food we ate.

Excellent restaurant for meats and wines. The Florentine steak for three they offered was delicious, along with a couple of tasty side dishes. The wine selection was good, as were the desserts. The service was truly friendly and full of helpful suggestions and explanations. We'll be back!
