Delicious, easy-to-digest pizza. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We had dinner at this pizzeria this evening. The pizza was definitely good, although not our favorite style, but the flavors and ingredients used were certainly top-notch. The service, however, was downright off-putting, inattentive, and almost unpleasant.

Terrible service (the personell is very unpolite), good pizza. In winter seating area on the first floor (ground) is not recommended due to the door being constantly open.

We visited Framento a few days ago. During our trip to Cagliari, we were craving a good pizza and chose this restaurant based on the reviews. We sat outside. After about 10 minutes (we were the only ones sitting outside), the waitress came to give us the menu. We felt this was a very long wait compared to many other restaurants. We ordered two drinks and two pizzas. The drinks were delicious. Since we've eaten a lot of pizza before, our expectations were quite high. The Pizza Capricciosa, in particular, was rather disappointing. The toppings all seemed like they'd come from a jar. The taste was completely sour. It's understandable that pizza is more expensive in the city. However, we have to say that we've had significantly better pizzas elsewhere on the island for €7.50 each. Therefore, the price-performance ratio is not good. Since no one came to clear our plates even after several minutes, we went into the restaurant to pay. The receipt also included a service charge, apparently for the customer service. All in all, we were unfortunately not satisfied. However, the location is great. The interior also looked very modern and appealing at first glance. The pizzas are probably great for most people, but rather disappointing for our taste.

Very nice and cozy place. We were on the first floor, which in my opinion was a little awkward due to the table arrangement, but nothing too out of place. Excellent pizzas. 🤤🤤😍 We ordered a toasted pizza that (due to the unique crispy crust) tasted just like toast, and the other, maybe Margherita. I don't remember the name, but I remember very well how good it was. Very kind staff, congratulations. Pleasant background music, not at all "intrusive." Highly recommended. 🤗

Kind staff and amazingly delicious pizzas in a modern ambience. They offer tasty combinations of flavours and the pizza dough itself it's just glorious!

The pizza was excellent, but we came for the specialty coffee, and we were right! Delicious, true coffee lovers, they took the time to explain the varieties available and chat about the specialty coffee scene in Sardinia. Highly recommended!

The pizza was awesome, flavourful and heavenly crunchy. The ingredients are simple, yet paired in such a way your taste buds are surprised at each bite. The staff was attentive and kind, quick service. See you soon!

We went to Framento, and overall, the experience was mixed. I really liked the place: you can feel the great attention to detail, from the modern and pleasant decor to small touches like the products in the bathrooms. Even the option to eat at the counter, which perhaps isn't so common in Italy, I personally didn't find bothersome at all; on the contrary, it's a nice and interesting option. Unfortunately, however, the main focus—the pizza—wasn't to our liking. The place is renowned for this, but both my companion and I were disappointed. The prices are quite high compared to what we perceived as the quality. The dough isn't our cup of tea, and the flavors were unclear: you couldn't really taste the mozzarella or the tomato, which remained slightly acidic. In short, a beautiful and well-kept place with an interesting restaurant concept, but the pizza—at least for our tastes—didn't live up to expectations, especially considering the price.
