The pizza is not amazing. The dough is of a very poor quality, you can notice it is pre-heated. The ingredients are not of incredible quality either. The staff is very nice and atmosphere is nice too. In general I wouldn’t recommend.

We booked because it had very good reviews, but it did not meet expectations. Having a reservation, we had to wait 25 minutes to be seated. They took a while to take command. On the positive side, they brought the dishes at the same time and you could tell the pasta was homemade, quality and al dente. On the negative side, the spaghetti was very thick, the pesto tasted a lot like olives, the carbonara was strange... It didn't meet expectations, maybe we don't know how to appreciate that type of dishes? I wouldn't choose it if you want to eat something typical, but if you want something more special.

It was our very first restaurant in cagliari. We ordered antipasti (croquettes), pizza and we had spritz!! Very yummy food

It is a young place but linked to tradition. Innovative pizza with high quality and well-measured ingredients. I highly recommend it and I'm from Naples so I understand pizzas 🤣

Buona la pizza, con ingredienti selezionati e di qualità. Non molto comodi il tavolo e le sedie esterne sul corso Vittorio Emanuele. Non sempre attento e gentile il servizio.

We asked for black pepper on the pizza and were told “no” and the only seasoning we could have would be salt. We asked for chilli oil and were told “no”. When we queried it at payment, we were told that the pizzas were perfect as they were and didn’t need extra seasoning. It was a good pizza but people should be given the opportunity to season as they wish and after all, why salt and not pepper? Failing that, the provenance and importance of the recipe could have been explained rather than just being told ‘no’.

05/08/2024: For the second time we went to the Il Brigantino restaurant and this time too it did not disappoint expectations. Courteous, attentive and kind staff, the place is always well kept and clean. Good wine list. The paccheri with red prawns are excellent, truly delicious. Advised
02/08/2024: Posto carino con tavoli anche all'esterno, veramente piacevole. Il personale cortese, professionale e preparato. Il menu presenta pesce e carne, anche cavallo , con molta Sardegna dentro. Ottima la fregola, il pecorino alla griglia, la spigola. Buona scelta di dolci e vini.

02/07/2024: The church of Sant'Elena Imperatrice reminds me of the churches of the city of Rome, due to its beauty it was built in the 18th century, early 1700s but has undergone restoration up to the present day. The style is Baroque, characterized by rich decorations and an imposing facade. The main facade is adorned with statues and reliefs, while the interior has a central nave with barrel vaults decorated with frescoes and stuccoes. The main altar is a masterpiece of sculpture and inlay, richly decorated with fine marble and gilding. Above the altar there is a statue of Saint Helena, patron saint of the city. The tall and slender bell tower, with a domed roof that dominates the surrounding landscape. The interior of the church is decorated with numerous frescoes and works of art. The church has an underground crypt, which in the past was used for burials. It is a fascinating and mysterious place, with an evocative atmosphere. If you are visiting Quartu, it is a monument worth seeing, and if you pass by, take the opportunity to buy something from the typical Sardinian cuisine in the fresh pasta shop under the arcades.
