Correct and kind staff. Really good pizza. Uncomfortable and cramped environment... Too bad!

It was one of my favorite places in Cagliari to eat pizza... Last night I went with my partner to eat pizza, sure of finding goodness and then we wanted to see the new place....instead, total disappointment...😔 Small place, despite being an entire building but the floors have holes... as soon as we arrived we found customers eating at the counter where the cashier was in front.... the people who were paying or waiting for their turn were crowded together at the entrance while the customers were eating at the counter....bad view, when it was our turn they made us go up to the first floor where the kitchen is located, the microscopic room, we sit down and immediately notice the stained sofa, the dirty floors with old stains encrusted, stained walls, the new style of the restaurant as they said was desired and refined to me it seems like a saving style....the service? We were welcomed by a very kind waiter, it's a pity that we were on the first floor where we were, they left us in oblivion... well, I justify the fact that there were a lot of people and not enough staff, so much so that the owner was at the checkout when we arrived, then we took her there. seen at the table eating with her friends and also serving... ok to help but what is her role? well.... the moment of order arrives tt ok finally.... when after 30 min the sour waitress arrives with 2 different beers from those ordered saying that they had run out of the beers we had chosen and on his own he brings us two more beers which according to him are very good... certainly good for those who love bitter beer but for those who like me who love sweeter beer it was in fact I left it all a disappointment. The moment of the pizza arrives which is beautiful at first glance but we immediately notice that the pizza was different, the crust was not as high as we had always eaten, the pizza was very cooked and sometimes burnt.... well, I've lost a myth... We finish eating the pizza, nothing edible but nothing exceptional, it didn't impress me like the last time.... shame! After a long time the sour waitress arrives asking if we wanted the sweet, she shows us what it was, we choose an ice cream cup made by them.....we also get this after a long time....a normal ice cream nothing special after a few mins we get another bowl of ice cream arrives....my exclamation was but wasn't it just one? Xò the waitress didn't have time to hear because I doubt she ran away....so much so that while I was starting the second cup of ice cream the sour waitress arrived and apologizing for the other waitress' mistake tells us is it a problem for you? What could I say? Do you have ice cream? I had already started it.... we replied, it doesn't matter, forget it.... I'm sorry but it disappointed our expectations in everything....😔it's a shame it was one of our favorite pizzerias in Cagliari...it's a shame I no longer feel like recommending the new Framento.....

Very light dough, really excellent. Service a little slow but that's okay, they just opened.

Restaurant that is not worth these 4.4 stars. Small pizza and overcooked dough. The ingredients are good but overall you will find better pizza at the same price elsewhere. Restaurant that does not offer any dessert!

Francesca and Julio were the perfect hosts, not only were the beer and pizza choices fantastic, but Francesca also guided us to bars and restaurants afterwards. We highly recommend this place, great atmosphere, beautiful food and lovely staff! Special shout out to the kitchen and chefs! They provided two of the best pizzas we’ve ever eaten! Thanks a lot!

Nous nous sommes laissés influencer par les bons avis mentionnés un peu partout sur Internet au sujet de cette pizzeria. En pratique, nous sommes ressortis déçus. Pour commencer service simplement ok, mais pas super chaleureux, dommage. Ensuite, les 3 pizzas dégustées étaient toutes sèches en bouche et à la pâte dure, ce même si au niveau des goûts/ingrédients tout restait correct. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas vraiment pris de plaisir, à part avec le vin rouge sarde qui était bon, fruité et joliment rond en bouche. Pour terminer, je ne suis pas fan des toilettes placées directement à côté de la cuisine, ce même si tout était propre. Objectivement, il y a divers autres endroits à Cagliari où nous avons mangé une bien meilleure pizza et où lle service était plus amical.

Tappa fissa a Cagliari. La pizza è buonissima, ingredienti di qualità ed impasto ben digeribile. Ottime le birre, strana quella salata, mi sembra sia del birrificio Lariano. Personale giovane, sono tutti simpaticissimi, veloci nel servizio e cordiali.
