Very good food, charming place in the Albenga janitor's house. Service a bit chaotic but manageable. A slightly negative note is that we asked for a dish from the kitchen (stuffed calamari) and it was out of stock, the cacio e pepe omelette was out of stock, and the French fries were out of stock (they cut us some potatoes into slices themselves). I repeat, good pizza, but on July 12th it's the second shift, so you can't run out of stuff.

We had a reservation. Unfortunately, after we sat down, they told us the kitchen was closed...pizza only. Considering we can now be reached by email/text/WhatsApp, why not let customers know before disappointing them?

Saturday night, we order 2 takeaway pizzas, waiting time of 10' absolutely respected and I want to point out that the place is full inside and out. The girl at the counter was polite, very kind, smiling and so were the staff who saw us waiting outside and asked if we needed anything. Super pizzas for dough and quality of ingredients. We will return to consume on site

A bit of a disappointing experience. No kitchen service, so many dishes on the menu were not available. The pizza was mediocre, and when we asked to move inside because it was cold (the inside room was almost empty), we were told no with an out of place joke: "you get warm with pizza". Unprofessional service and zero attention to the customer. Prices a bit above average compared to the service they offer.

02/07/2025: Definitely a fantastic location Endless wait at the reception with a suffocating heat without being counted for 20 minutes or more, luckily we experienced the change of staff at the reception and the second employee was definitely better. Arrival at 11 and rightly we were confirmed access to the rooms at 2.30 pm, only to be late. The rooms are almost new, but claustrophobic especially the bathroom. The restaurant area is not air conditioned (despite the presence of splits) and was already a furnace in the morning. Embarrassing breakfast = I won't comment on the dessert that I don't eat, but salami, very tired ham, worse cheese, dry bacon.... And then I wonder why the eggs are hard boiled and not scrambled. However, fantastic location, excellent beach, but many things to improve especially if you want highly demanding customers willing to pay
20/05/2025: Beautiful hotel in an excellent location, practically on the beach, the possibility of parking, the beach and the breakfast make it in my opinion one of the best hotels in Spotorno.
