The restaurant is neat and clean. Meticulously maintained, with a casual atmosphere. We had to leave after the second course due to an emergency, but the owners were extremely accommodating, accommodating us and offering us the option to return the next day. The traditional menu is also highly recommended for the wine pairing.

We were served and pampered throughout the lunch, including a wine tasting from the cellar. A magnificent experience, we'll definitely be back! And a special thanks to Chef Gianpaolo!

Magnificent atmosphere, everything well-curated, perfect for a break from Turin's hustle and bustle. Delicious dishes, especially the raw beef tartare. The waiter was friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable in explaining the various dishes on the menu. Highly recommended.

It’s probably the best restaurant in the area. And we tried quite a few. The service is so kind and friendly, the food is delicious and interesting to try. Wine menu is awesome! We will definitely come back.

I recently went to this charming bistro and left with a light heart and a smile on my face. From the first moment, the staff demonstrated an authentic and rare kindness: welcoming, helpful and always attentive without ever being intrusive. The cordiality with which I was welcomed made the atmosphere extremely pleasant, like feeling like a guest in the home of thoughtful friends. Every gesture, every word, every smile was genuine and cared for, demonstrating an approach to the customer that goes beyond simple service. It is not easy to find a place where professionalism marries so perfectly with humanity. Here, however, respect and courtesy were the absolute protagonists. I will definitely return, not only for the food (excellent!), but above all for the attention and human warmth that were dedicated to me. Thank you so much! I highly recommend!!!!

Cena e degustazione vini è un’esperienza fantastica . È la prima volta che mi approccio a fare un test del genere e mi sento di dire che è stato superato a pieni voti. Anche il tour della cantina è stata un evento eccezionale e indimenticabile grazie ad Alessio che con passione e semplicità ha spiegato come nasce il vino. Poi voglio ringraziare Luca che nonostante la sua giovane età è stato un ottimo sommelier al tavolo. Oltre a vini eccezionali abbiamo degustato una cena da livello ristorante stellato. Complimenti alla famiglia Sobrero per quello che creato.

It was absolutely an excellent experience, of quality, in an enchanting context. Everything absolutely perfect and more. First time at Fosco Bistrot, a day organized by Salvano cantine, which included a visit to the cellars with an aperitif attached, and lunch, with a traditional Piedmontese menu for the occasion, and the pairing of wines with the various courses. Highly recommended. I will definitely return, to taste the dishes of the absolutely rich and inviting à la carte menu. Appreciated and more, the competence, courtesy, welcome of all the staff and owners. An excellent reality. Thank you!
