Beautiful Piedmontese culinary experience. I tried the traditional menu which I recommend to everyone because the plin are fantastic. Top wine (taken the Nebbiolo from their Salvano winery). How to have lunch with your family and feel at home. I will happily return!

During my visit to the Langhe, I had the opportunity to have lunch in this extraordinary Bistro which deserves every praise. The culinary experience was simply perfect, thanks to a traditional menu that brought out the authentic flavors of the region. The restaurant offers a welcoming and refined atmosphere, ideal for savoring local cuisine. Every dish on the menu was a masterpiece of taste and presentation. From appetizers to desserts, each course was able to amaze with the quality of the ingredients and the mastery of preparation. Particularly noteworthy were the first courses, rich in flavor and tradition, and the meat-based second courses, tender and succulent. The wine list, then, was the icing on the cake, with an impeccable selection of local labels. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff, always ready to recommend and explain the dishes with passion and competence. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the Langhe and wanting to live an unforgettable gastronomic experience, full of tradition and quality.

Had the tasting menu (two options). Food is fantastic and the service very friendly. The value for money is also extraordinary. I should say that decor and ambience could be improved to something more fitting the menu.

We came here for lunch on Saturday, luckily the last free table. Very nice, well-kept restaurant, friendly staff and delicious lunch, including 10 starters, 1 first course and dessert, each course with a tasting of wines made by them. We left more than satisfied. Everything impeccable.

We chose it for our baby's first communion! We already knew it and they did nothing but confirm the expectations of good food accompanied by quality wines, excellent service in a warm and welcoming environment! Thank you Valeria for your kindness and availability

Very nice place. We took a tasting menu and a traditional one. The portions are right. Excellent food. We ate really well. But above all the wine... space!! Very kind staff. Advised!!

Presenti per nuovo menù: dalla tradizione all'innovazione una continua sorpresa. Dal più classico dei classici (una trippa di altri tempi e un'insalata russa mai più mangiata così) ai piatti di nuova concezione. Gli altri? Eh...Ve li dovete andare a provare, il menù è interessante sui due degustazione e sulla carta. Servizio, cortesia, eleganza poi non mancano mai. Vini? Serata importante come sempre, ma qui non si cambia come i menù...qui si va dritti dritti sempre al top con i vini di produzione dell'azienda di proprietà: due annate di Barolo riserva, potenti e memorabili. Bene bene bene! come sempre grazie, come sempre ci rivedremo presto
