Fortuna - Ristorante Giapponese & Cinese In Palestrina

I've been to this restaurant for the first time in a long time, and I must say I've noticed some pleasant improvements, especially in the quality of the fish. All the dishes featuring Suzuki fish were excellent. And the staff was always very friendly. A little more attention to the outdoor area could raise the rating even further.

This was our first time here. The food was good (appetizers and a few entrees), except for the duck. We didn't take any photos, but it was inedible, so we didn't eat it. Roast duck, but they brought us a dish that had nothing to do with roast. Besides the smell, it was also very tough and had a crust. My fault for trying it. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the place, which is very important to me. When I went to the restroom, my shoes stuck to the floor. Very, very dirty on the floor, mirrors in the dining room, doors, and even the bathrooms, unfortunately. If the dining room and bathrooms are like this, where the customers can see, what will the food be like? It's definitely the same or worse. The place is beautiful, but only beautiful. I repeat, cleanliness in a place where food is served is very important. The waiters were very, very kind. I won't be returning.

A warm and welcoming atmosphere, fast and friendly service... innovative and carefully prepared dishes... What more could you ask for?
