Let me start by saying that it is a SteakHouse and people come here to eat meat and sandwiches, and it is no coincidence that the negative reviews come almost exclusively from those who came to eat pasta and pizza (which I recommend not listening to).
It is a non-commercial steak house and is not a chain, although it has a newly opened second location in Fiumicino.
The structure is original in Texmex style, well cared for and particular even on the outside and has a large car park. They broadcast the matches live, and the staff in the room are friendly and attentive.
As appetizers I always have balls of fried pulled pork (pork stew) with a spicy and sour sauce, and tacos with tartare, dried tomatoes, light mayonnaise and salad, both nothing short of spacey.
As a main course, and from the meat counter it was recommended to me, a T bone from the Marche weighing almost 800 grams which I asked for rare accompanied by the fiery grill (I recommend heating it a little more if possible) for my girlfriend so that I could cook a little more, and as a side dish a portion of baked potatoes.
The meat was excellent and very tender and the fat had a grass/hay aftertaste to denote the quality of the raw material.
The meat is cooked over a fire and stored in such a way as to dry (dry aging type) and maximize the flavors and tenderness, making zero water on the plate; cooked just as I asked for, good flaky salt on top.
The baked potatoes, the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5, were good but cold and a little bland so I recommend storing them more carefully.
Super super honest bill for what we ate.
I've been coming here for years and will always return. I repeat, don't come if you expect to eat pasta or pizza, here we eat meat.

Local located in Capannelle. The car park is not very large, but you can also find spaces on the sides of the road. West-style environment, as the name suggests, very similar to the Hold Wild West. There are two floors where you can sit, the tables are well spaced.
The menu offers a fairly wide choice of first courses and meat.
We took tonnarelli and mezzamaniche alla gricia with artichokes, of excellent flavour; the 500 g mixed grill (we took 3) is for two people, very substantial as it contains (each): a sausage, chicken breast, entrecote, bacon, skewer. Finally we got a chicken.
Honest account: 5 people paid €100.00 in full, including a coffee and a bitter.
The only thing that could be improved is the speed of service: when we were in this restaurant, there were three/four tables, perhaps it could have been slightly faster between ordering and delivery of the first courses (instead between first and second courses, the timing they were right).

Cena indimenticabile.
Andiamo molto spesso al Fort Apache e ho già recensito il locale che secondo me merita sotto tutti o punti di vista.
Mi piace questa volta evidenziare che è stata assunta da poco come cameriera una ragazza bravissima con tanta forza, molto veloce e attenta nei confronti di tutti e sempre con il sorriso che non è poca cosa.
Si chiama se ben ricordo Carla e io insieme a tutti i biker che eravamo a cena al Fort Apache lunedì scorso la vogliamo ringraziare ancora con la sincera speranza di avere di nuovo lei come cameriera in futuro, BRAVA CARLA!
