Delicious pizza by the slice! Light and crunchy dough, I come from Legnano MI, and I have rarely tasted such a good pizza. On the other hand, the narrow space and the crowd of people make the service confusing and chaotic. With a much larger waiting space it would be perfect.

08/11/2024: Orvieto is a small town built on tuff. There are more than 1,000 caves here, which in ancient times were used as olive oil factories for lamps, tombs, and warehouses. Nowadays, there are many restaurants that make use of this cave. This is one of them, and it gives off a nice cave atmosphere. The specialty of this city is pasta called umbrichetta🍝 A chewy, thick pasta that resembles udon noodles made by mixing flour with water. You can't see it very often in other cities, so please give it a try.
