Forno San Niccolò In Firenze

Friendly and informal atmosphere, kind staff. I went there to eat a first course and side dishes; they prepare fresh pasta in different variations, the ingredients are of excellent quality, the bread is exquisite, the grilled vegetables, what can I say, special. They are young guys who really put their heart into their work: I recommend it for breakfast and lunch both to those who work in the area and to tourists.

We stopped to have a baguette and slices of ham and the man kindly made us our sandwich. The charcuterie is excellent! Great welcome too, the gentleman was very smiling and polite! Not speaking the same language was not a problem at all!

Great place for a quick bite and a tasty treat

I just stopped here just because of the name of the place (right) to grab something quick for lunch. For what I ate I can say really excellent dough, excellent pizza, excellent flatbread and truly exceptional staff, they do everything they can to make sure you don't wait smile and whoever was behind a laboratory looked out to say hello and thank (sincerely and with a smile) every customer who could see from the back in a city now considered a tourist trap, this place is not.
