A guarantee. I tried their stuffed pandorini years ago and fell in love with this bakery. The staff is friendly, never complains about their existence, and is available to offer advice when you need to order cakes for more specific occasions. Note the polenta cake. It reminds me exactly of the amorpolenta as they make it in Varese. Very happy to be their customer.
