I searched for a long time for a bakery that made bread as good as it used to be. It seems like a rarity now. There isn't even one left in my neighborhood. I searched based on the reviews and changing areas but without having to travel too many kilometers I found this oven. The bread is delicious!!! Now I only come here once every 10 days or so, buy a lot of bread and freeze it. Even defrosted the bread is excellent. Our favorite is soft wheat bread. The white pizza and the one with mortadella are also excellent. I therefore confirm all the positive comments read previously!

30/08/2025: Absolutely fantastic place, highly recommended. The food is among the best I've had in Rome; the ingredients are meticulously measured, the presentation is always stunning, and the staff is courteous and friendly. It's on par with Michelin-starred restaurants, and a must-visit if you're in the area (or even if you're not!). I hope to return as soon as possible!

Natascia and Francesco are wonderful people and have always welcomed us with kindness and professionalism. Francesco delights us with his recipes and always surprises us with new dishes that we thoroughly enjoy. Natascia, always kind and smiling, welcomes us and offers advice tailored to our tastes. The place is welcoming and ideal for a pleasant evening.
