An oven that is an oven. Without many stories or storytelling or gourmet fantasies. Here taste and tradition win. Everything was delicious: bread and witches, slices of pizza and mini pizzas. If you want a real Bolognese dessert, to share or give as a gift, the rice cake is super.

It is one of the best artisan bakeries in Bologna, hidden in via San Carlo, where you will see the queue, there is the Fiorini bakery. For me the best witches and the best rice and apple cakes in Bologna. Highly recommended!

Lunga tradizione alle spalle Per me uno dei migliori forni artigianali di Bologna. Strepitoso il panettone e il certosino tipico di Bologna.Ovviamente anche tutti i tipi di pane.

L'aspetto è di un panificio come gli altri ma già quando si entra il profumo fa cambiare idea! Ci sono le streghe più buone di Bologna e il prezzo è assolutamente onesto da provare!!!!!

17/03/2024: Very nice place and elegant in its simplicity. Welcoming and with excellent quality products. Truly a great experience.
10/03/2024: Excellent restaurant just inside the pedestrian center of Imola, located in an old tower. It has two rooms, the first, on the first floor, quite small, but welcoming, the second, on the second floor, large and characteristic, given the exposed stone ceiling of the tower and a very large window overlooking the square in front. The rooms can be reached via a not too large staircase. The service is excellent and the quality of the dishes is good, even those of the Imola tradition.
