High level bakery/pastry shop where you can find many products, from savory to sweet, of the highest quality.....Erbazzone very good.....Friendly staff ready to satisfy any need.... Entering the shop recognizes you It's clear that the products on display are the result of high professionalism put into practice with love (I call them "Masters").... Try it to believe it...!!!!!

Finding something gluten-free that is fresh and always available is no small feat... especially when everything you taste is delicious!!!!! Compliments!!! Even for the low prices.

The best gluten-free bakery/pastry shop I have found so far, for some products (bread and breadsticks) they offer a delivery service to their locations in Reggio (where they only sell normal bread), very convenient for those like me who are not from Montecchio. Exceptional

If we want to evaluate the quality of the products, there is nothing to say, the quality of the products is very high, pizza and Erbazzone are superlative. But you don't live on food alone, and you have to know how to relate to customers, and you sin egregiously in this regard. Dry, acidic answers, food hastily bagged even when there is no queue, little desire to explain even the filling of the croissants you have on the counter (a very simple distinction would have been enough even with just a tag) and demonstrations of disappointment even just for the rest. I can write this without hesitation since it is not the first time it has happened and not just to me, and it is not a particular person who can act as a scapegoat but it is the approach to customers that in my opinion needs to be reviewed. It's not enough to sell a product to work, knowing how to relate to customers has the same weight as the product you produce. It's certainly a tough job and one that I respect, but it's not possible to deal with people who always seem to do you a favor in serving you. I hope that this review can be food for thought, because it is from criticism that we grow, not from fake compliments
