Located in Palermo's residential area, this well-maintained restaurant offers tables outside, but is well-protected. My first impression was positive, and especially for a restaurant, the best part is the quality of the food, at least when it comes to the pizza. I highly recommend it.

The pizza was tasteless and very dry. I definitely won't be back. The atmosphere was nice. We didn't try the restaurant. Maybe I got the wrong pizza but mine tasted like nothing.

Forno e Cucina boasts a simple yet meticulously crafted location. The spaces are spacious and bright; the wood furnishings add a touch of elegance, creating a pleasant and harmonious atmosphere. The decor is well-balanced, understated yet welcoming.
The staff is friendly and helpful, chatty enough but always discreet.
We tried both the pizza and the main dishes. The ingredients are excellent, and the restaurant's philosophy firmly focuses on showcasing traditional products from Palermo and Ragusa.
The pairings reveal a desire to be daring, even if the flavors offered are still lacking. This is a promising cuisine that deserves attention: with time, it will surely find a more mature balance.
An experience worth trying.

Cozy place, mediocre pizzas, long wait! We couldn't order fries for the hungry kids while we waited for the other diners because we were told we all had to be there before they could take our orders. As soon as the table was full, we waited a long time before ordering because, inexplicably, orders from several tables that arrived after us were taken first. The pizzas were nothing special!!! We even waited an unreasonable amount of time for two sorbets. We expected more given the reviews!!!

The restaurant is located on Viale Strasburgo and is very charming.
The staff is attentive and friendly, including the owner, who welcomed us warmly, took our orders, and looked after the reserved tables, making sure everything was running smoothly.
Food: delicious appetizer (there were 4 fried calzones, beautifully fried, with top-quality ingredients);
First course: the pasta (seafood) was very good, homemade and topped with excellent ingredients, with just the right and balanced flavors: I'd also like to point out the generous portions.
Desserts: good, average.
Overall, a great experience, great price, and excellent wine.
