I was truly impressed by this gluten-free bakery; finally, a place where you can be spoiled for choice. The products are incredibly fresh, fragrant, and incredibly delicious—you'd almost be forgiven for thinking they're gluten-free. I won't list what I ate and how good it was, because there's no need for proof. I'll just say that you can taste and see the passion, research, and love for the craft behind it. Highly recommended not only for celiacs, but for anyone who loves authentic flavors and artisanal quality. A go-to place for gluten-free options, just a 10-15 minute walk from Rome Tiburtina Station.

A wonderful experience, the staff were super friendly and welcoming; I arrived just as they were closing, and they served me politely, creating a pleasant, family-like atmosphere. The food was truly delicious and fresh... I'll definitely be back to try all the products available.

Exceptional products, but unfortunately, one of the two people behind the counter is incredibly unpleasant. It feels like he's doing you a favor every time he serves you. He doesn't even look at you, and I've even heard him raise his voice to himself. Aside from this "pop of color," it's a guarantee for celiacs and those with gluten intolerances: their fresh products are truly delicious.

07/01/2026: Decent quality, but the wait is a drag. A small-town pizzeria without any particular pretensions, where unfortunately the experience was marred primarily by the wait: over an hour for a pizza, decidedly excessive. During the wait, no one informed us or asked if we needed anything, which would have at least alleviated the inconvenience. The staff is friendly, but the management leaves much to be desired: when we reported the poor service, the managers failed to offer any assistance, neither with explanations nor with a gesture of attention to the customer. The value for money is average, if not a bit high considering the remote location. The arrosticini are good, while the pizza is very thin but rather sparse: not much mozzarella, not enough tomato, and overall lacking in flavor. Overall, the food isn't bad, but the organization and customer service definitely need improvement.

23/03/2026: A place that makes me feel like home, where I can feel the warmth and hospitality. Whenever I'm in Rome, I can't help but stop here and try their supplì, truly delicious! They offer many pizzas, but the simple tomato one is a favorite!
21/03/2026: A truly delicious pizza! I found quality ingredients, a wide selection, and a welcoming atmosphere. I recommend the place and their supplì, which are among the best I've ever had. And I almost forgot, also try the baked spinach and mozzarella calzone, which is delicious!
