Forno Castel Sant'Angelo In Roma

20/05/2025: We met Claudio in the morning, and he enticed us to eat. We came back in the evening and liked the food, but the owner's friendliness was lacking. The Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe was very good. Also, the Spaghetti alla Pescatora.

20/05/2025: Ristorante "La Tavernetta" has okay food, but it’s a bit of a tourist trap. There is a pushy guy who always sits on a chair in front of the restaurant and tries to draw people in. He seemed like a friendly guy, but way too desperate. I sat outside and had to listen to this guy try to talk to every person who walked by. It really got annoying. However, the prices aren’t extremely high given how touristy this restaurant is. I came here for breakfast and ordered the cheese omelette and some fresh squeezed orange juice. I enjoyed the orange juice and the eggs were pretty good too. I wish there was more cheese in the omelette instead of simply parmesan being sprinkled on top. Overall, it was a decent meal, but the pushiness is very alienating.
