Forno Brisa In Bologna

The best coffee shop in Bologna. Fantastic service and food.

What a great place! We visited Allegra Coffee yesterday (just a few minutes down the street from Forno Brisa) after hearing all the hype about their beautiful croissants, but were very disappointed by both the quality and the poor service. Determined not to make the same mistake again, we looked for alternatives nearby and stumbled upon Forno Brisa. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the croissants were amazing, and the coffee was even better! They have an efficient system that keeps the line moving quickly (unlike Allegra), and we didn’t have to wait long to get our food and drinks. We even bought a bag of their house blend espresso beans to take home—you can really tell they know what they’re doing when it comes to coffee. True Italian coffee is simply unbeatable! Highly recommend to everyone!

We went there because of the positive reviews and chose to have a snack. The brownie was delicious and the coffee one of the best I've ever had. I recommend it without a doubt.

Trato de ser discreto, pero este lugar es sin duda una excelente panadería y café. Vine aquí para desayunar todos los días durante una semana cuando me alojé cerca. La panadería es excelente. El café es muy bueno, al igual que el té. El personal es encantador y muy servicial. Los precios son muy razonables y la decoración es agradable. Es una gran calle local con buenos clientes locales de todas las edades. No puedo encontrar ningún fallo en este lugar. Por favor, no le digas a mucha gente sobre ello : - )

Este horno donde hacen su propio pan situado en el centro dispone de muchos bollos variados para desayunar y un cafe esquisito. Bien de precio.
