Everything was perfect for us here. We visited two times on the same day. Depending on the time of day they had a variety of different pastries and food like sandwiches.
The coffee was superb and the prices were very good.

Very nice bakery with variety of sweet and savory treats. I enjoyed my croissant with ricotta and spinach, it was fresh and crunchy, and my friend found her Maritozzi, it had generous amount of good quality light cream, and the dough was fresh and soft.
Cappuccino was good as well for a very a good price (2 euro).
Atmosphere is good, cozier than in average bakery, we enjoyed it and can recommend the place.

Only okay. Not your typical Italian cafe/bar - expect exotic roasts. Oat Matcha was good. We’re going to stick to 2€ espressos across the street, because that’s just more our speed.

Ho fatto colazione da Forno Brisa ed è stata un’esperienza davvero ottima.
Il locale è giovane, curato e accogliente, con una grande attenzione alla qualità delle materie prime.
La proposta per la colazione è varia e originale: lievitati, focacce, dolci artigianali, pane freschissimo e caffè di loro produzione, tutto buonissimo e preparato con grande cura.
Si sente l’amore per il prodotto artigianale, sia nel sapore che nell’atmosfera rilassata e moderna del locale.
Servizio veloce e gentile, nonostante la tanta clientela.
Consigliatissimo per una colazione diversa dal solito, di qualità eccellente.

Nel forno di via Galliera ci abbiamo fatto ottime colazioni nel corso del nostro soggiorno a Bologna. Si possono scegliere oltre 20 tipi di prodotti dolci: veneziane, cornetti, fagottini, torte. Io consiglio il cornetto alla crema, buonissima. Tutti gli sfogliati sono ben lievitati e della giusta croccantezza. Caffè ottimo, ambiente informale, servizio efficiente!
