Taste was average, prices were high for Italy. Peanut butter croissant was 3.5 euros, empty one was 1.80. Coffee was 2 euros. The most expensive ones I've ever had. More modern place and experience
Cute little bakery with good coffee. Lots of options for a quick bite and very decent pricing. I enjoyed their focaccias and sandwiches, but my favourite was their Veneziana pastry filled with custard.

Nice location, friendly staff, great to have vegan options for a breakfast between the center and the station. Only notes: the pangoccioli was a bit dry and the place is not too cheap.

The highlight of my every stay in Bologna. Quality, sustainability, farm to table approach, sourdough, pasta madre, specialty coffee, own roasters, own grains, a modern take to the best old traditions. It’s a true GEM in the world filled with mediocre, tasteless, mass produced and highly processed foods. Needless to say everything is absolutely delicious.

The discrepancy between the payoff "Fuck the diet" and "responsible land consumption", a theme well documented in the decor of the place, needs to be clarified. I think I found my synthesis in the reworking of the concept of diet, between the two messages: "I eat what I want" and "I worry about my ecological footprint". Thinking back, the diet is often understood as deprivation and sometimes leads to rebellion summarized in "fuck you". But the diet is in itself the consequence of irresponsible consumption for which the invective could actually be addressed to the instigator. Eating badly means eating a lot and therefore gaining weight and having to go on a diet; eating well, in the sense of eating good, quality stuff, instead means nourishing oneself by obtaining the satisfaction sought even with smaller quantities of food. For example, a small ancient apple outclasses, from this point of view, a large industrially produced apple and completes a meal without weighing it down.
I don't know if you thought about this when you printed those shirts but it made me think!

The best espresso I've had so far on my trip through Italy. I ordered the special roast. Very fruity, exactly my taste!
