Every time I return to Sicily from Sweden, a stop at Biancuccia bakery is a must. Their scacciate are not only good: they are an experience. The dough is always perfect, the fillings abundant and rich in flavor, and you can feel all the passion with which they work every day. It is a bakery that preserves tradition and renews it with love, attention and quality. You can't pass by here without stopping at Biancuccia - it is a small great jewel of Sicilian taste!

We had our breakfast, it was very good. Light and tasty pastries (which is difficult to find in Catania). We totally recommend!

Un’amica di Catania che vive a Barcellona mi ha detto che dovevo provare questo pane davvero unico. Buono, ottimo, sfizioso! Se sia il migliore di Catania non so dirlo, ma certamente è fatto con ogni cura e porta un prodotto ordinario come il pane a livelli straordinari grazie a ingredienti speciali e combinazioni fantasiose. Evviva il genio creativo di chi lo prepara. Bravi!

24/06/2025: I have been going to Le Quinte pizzeria for three years now, and every time it is an experience that confirms – and exceeds – expectations. The pizza is simply extraordinary: the dough is light, digestible and fragrant, topped with very fresh ingredients that tell of love and care in every bite. The service is always exceptional: fast, attentive, friendly. The staff is a real force, always smiling, available and ready to make every customer feel at home. A welcome like this is not found everywhere! Honorable mention to the Nutella fritters: an absolute delight, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a generous dose of Nutella that makes you want to order a whole tray! The glass is also excellent and chosen with care.
