A place of excellence in Catania... today for the first time I bought the panfrutto with peel and raisins and also some wholemeal bread... a genuine goodness like I haven't tasted for a long time. You absolutely must try it! I'll be back! By the way, whoever served me was really kind... no small feat!!

Unprecedented quality, the scent inebriates the street onto which the bakery overlooks. I waited a while before reviewing the Biancuccia oven, whose fame precedes it for a while. Now I have no doubts: the scacciate won me over immediately, particular, tasty, soft, they almost melt in the mouth at the first bite and super digestible (which is not at all a given). I tried the wholemeal and rye bread, both excellent, I would like to return to try the packaged ones. I was truly spoiled for choice and the staff were friendly and helpful in offering me advice on which products to purchase. Prices a little higher than average but the quality is worth it! My favorite leavened bread, so far, is the homemade bread with chocolate chips and orange peel: I tried it for breakfast with Greek yogurt and it works great! I'll be back.

What can I say, this bread is phenomenal! There are no words! Small shop but it doesn't affect the quality of the product. You wait a bit in line but because it's a space bakery so to want to eat good bread you wait a bit, it's not a problem! We respect and appreciate the work!

The bread is excellent. A little too expensive. I recently got the banishment, but maybe due to the holidays, it wasn't at its best. However, it deserves 4 stars.

The bakery par excellence, bread with an exceptional aroma, that you can't stop eating. Lots of types and lots of flours! But the Bari-style focaccia and the scacciate with seasonal vegetables deserve a special mention, especially the one with black cabbage! Must try

The bread is all delicious, whatever type of flour it is made of, it's all good, pizza, biscuits, highly recommended, very kind staff, they also explain what type of flour they use, etc.
