You won't find good coffee here—there's only an automatic coffee machine. The pastries are decent and quite expensive. The staff doesn't speak English well.

This historic bakery in the heart of the Monti district has been renovated and remodeled over the years, yet it hasn't lost its authenticity, nor its deliciousness and quality. You can buy and eat bread, pizza by the slice, and excellent pastries (pies, croissants, maritozzi, and other typical Roman pastries) on-site, along with hot drinks from the vending machine. Just beyond the bakery counter is another small room with a snack bar, where you can enjoy excellent dishes that change daily, either dine-in or take-out, in addition to the à la carte menu. Exceptional value for money, and friendly and helpful staff. One of the few places in the area that hasn't lost the Roman charm of decades past.

Everything is top-notch, but the ricotta and sour cherry tart is off the charts, sublime! Best regards to the lovely Massimiliano, see you soon!

10/12/2025: Antonio is a lovely man. We had a really good hamburger. The atmosphere was friendly, the music was good, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend it.
18/09/2025: Excellent restaurant! We found it by chance. I went with some friends. The beer was excellent, and we also had some appetizers, and they brought out some free ones (all very good). I felt very welcome (it was like being at home). A truly lovely atmosphere... we'll definitely be back.

08/12/2025: A guarantee of quality and durability over the years.
29/11/2025: Historic restaurant run by a very good family. From the starter to the first and second courses and side dishes, everything is fresh and good. The desserts are also delicious. I've been coming to this restaurant for years and I can say it's fantastic. Well done, continue like this, remaining as the great Gino had managed it.
