Forno 31 In Ostuni

When I leave Forno 31, I'm always completely satisfied. They have high-quality products; the onion focaccia is superb, and both the savory and sweet taralli are truly excellent. They use high-quality ingredients (the taralli are topped with extra virgin olive oil). Other bakeries in Ostuni use olive oil or pomace oil. The owners are courteous and helpful. I've known the place for many years now, and I must say they've always maintained the high quality. Congratulations to the entire team.

our accommodation was 5 minutes away. we had focaccia from this place everyday, it was just something else. we also had a great croissants and panzerotti from here.

As a tourist, you don't feel welcome here, and the focaccia was by far the worst we had during our trip to Puglia.
