A neighborhood bakery where customer contact (called by name, whose tastes and habits are known) is more important than fashion or appearance. Artisanal products, without frills (in the best sense of the word), far removed from current trends. Their focaccia took me back in time, to the flavors of my childhood when I ate it before going to school. The same goes for the round pizza. A place worth preserving and frequenting.
