Fornace Stella In Roma

From the outside you would never expect it, then you enter and find yourself with the pizza chefs on the right and the cash desk/customer reception on the left, immediately after a long room divided into two sections by three steps. Many seats but well positioned and spaced tables, after all the surprises never end in fact you find yourself in two other (smaller) rooms with American fast food seating. The environment is very warm and welcoming, the waiters polite, kind and quick. Enrico (the owner) is very attentive to the tables and to ensuring that the food arrives at the right time, not like many who remain behind the register writing bills. Moving on to the food, we had a good bruschetta with chicory and burrata, Ascoli olives, a real Neapolitan margherita complete with cornicione, a fantastic gricia with crunchy bacon and just the right amount. The idea of ​​serving the house wine in a jar is very nice (not exceptional but still good). Very clean and well maintained toilets, although without wheelchair access but this is a problem of almost all places in the area. Absolutely excellent value for money. Difficulty parking but this is also a problem in the area. I recommend everyone to go so as not to be disappointed...in every respect.

Excellent pizza with Neapolitan dough, the extremely kind and friendly dining room staff was what made the difference. Really highly recommended.

The best pizza in Rome in my opinion. Quality and tasty ingredients. Nowadays I always go here for pizza.

We had a good time, the restaurant decor is nice. The polpette alla romana were excellent, the Margherita pizza too, however the 4 cheese pizza with honey and nuts was really too heavy and disgusting, we couldn't finish it.

The pizza was delicious and the supli! We had a large group and they were able to seat us all together in one of the back rooms

We ate very well at Fornace Stella in Piazza Lecce. Everything was delicious, from the starter to the main courses. We feel that there is particular attention to raw materials. The bruschetta bread was spectacular and toasted just right. The burrata and anchovies on top were excellent. The pizza is very good, but I also had the pleasure of trying the pulled pork sandwich, which was truly excellent. Very moderate prices, we will return more often without a shadow of a doubt 🙃

We are regular customers, even for takeaway. Everything was excellent: the pizzas (Neapolitan), the burgers, the fried foods and the first courses. Attentive, kind and smiling staff (never hurts!).

Posizione strategica in un quartiere ricco di proposte ma spesso in realtà nient'altro che specchietto per le allodole. Ambiente carino, senza odori fastidiosi e con un personale molto gentile. Crocchette di pulled pork e fritto misto da 20 pz davvero di livello: saporiti, appetitosi e per nulla unti. Pizza marinara con un impasto decisamente buono.

Ottima pizzeria. Fritti buonissimi e gustosi, e vasta scelta di antipasti. Ma pizze super buone. Forse ci vorrebbe una varietà maggiore birre, ma è percè proprio uno vuole trovare un pelo
