Fornace Stella In Roma

We went to this pizzeria and picked up a takeout pizza and burger. The pizza was good, maybe a little dark on the underside, but well-made. The only downside was the dried mushrooms; otherwise, nothing special. The burger was also good, with fresh, flavorful bun. I didn't get a chance to see much of the place, but it looks nice.

Angelo and Francesco are the real stars of this place. The pizza is their creation, whether it's Neapolitan style with a slightly higher crust or more classic Roman. The dough is very digestible and light. You must try the fried foods, they are spectacular. Years ago, I also appreciated the special salads. Working in the area, it was a stop on my lunch break. What can I say? The best! 💯

Excellent pizza for a nice group of about twenty people almost at the same time

A very welcoming place with very friendly staff. The pizza is excellent, with a pronounced crust (I think it's called a wagon wheel), light, and with a wide variety of flavors. The bruschetta with burrata and stracciatella was fantastic, so much so that I ordered another. The fried food was also delicious. It will definitely be one of my favorite places when I return to Rome. Highly recommended.

The pizza was very good. I've been there twice, both times on Saturdays, and it was truly delicious! I've always made a reservation, and the service has always been prompt and the staff very friendly. The fried foods are spectacular. I tried the traditional supplì, and the breading was truly delicious. I also tried the Ascoli olives. Unfortunately, I didn't like them, but that was my personal preference, not due to any errors in the preparation. In fact, the breading was perfect. What I didn't like was that they weren't the commercial ones (I know, it's a paradox), but they were homemade. Those with more refined palates than mine will surely appreciate them. The pizza was perfect! Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back (the only downside is parking, but you just need to arrive early and be patient).
