I went to Formagiatt for lunch on a Saturday and I have to say it was a very pleasant discovery! The place has a welcoming and refined atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing break in the heart of Milan. I ordered a crescia with bresaola and I found it simply delicious: the dough was fragrant and well-cooked, the bresaola was of excellent quality, combined with fresh and tasty ingredients that enhanced the taste without covering it. A simple combination but made with care and passion, as you can taste from the first bite. The staff was kind and helpful, always with a smile. I will definitely go back to try other specialties. Highly recommended!”

The owner of our B&B recommended Formagiatt to us. And we're so glad we went there. The staff had a hard time speaking English. He understood the takeaway menu and listed a few options for us, then decided to put together a tasty meal for us. We were basically surprised – and it worked: a panini with Angus beef, Stratchiatella cheese, and arugula, prosciutto with melon and mozzarella, and then some Parmesan cheese. Very tasty and not too expensive for all that: we paid about €33 for everything. An absolute recommendation!

We were in Milan for 3 days and this shop was opposite our apartment. A treat for gourmets, excellent cheeses and Greek yogurt. The caponata is excellent. Lastly, the very kind manager also recommended the fantastic bakery in the area. Thank you

13/06/2025: I can't describe in words the goodness of the piadina kebab made by the owner himself, super friendly and the service was super fast, the employees are very organized and very precise, kebab is their strong point gentlemen, fantastic meat and the hand-made bread super soft but at the same time crunchy, spicy just right that leaves a divine and out of this world flavor in your mouth. what can I say they are the best

Turkish Kebab

11/10/2025: I ordered the grilled meat sandwich number 1 for 5 euros. The waiter took a pen and paper and wrote down the order number and amount. He then asked if I wanted chili sauce before starting to make it. I ate it back at the restaurant. It was a huge portion with a generous amount of meat! The grilled meat was fragrant, and the bread wasn't the Taiwanese kind; it was a bit chewier but still very fragrant! It was quite memorable! It's a shame I didn't take any photos. 🫣 When I got there, there was a crowd of people standing outside... I didn't dare go in to order. I kept looking outside. When I finally got my food, I found the owner chatting with a friend outside. Seeing us come in, he even said thank you in Chinese. 🤭 So cute.
12/08/2025: A good place to eat well and cheaply. We ate there for three days and every time it was delicious and plentiful.
