The pizza is Roman-style but extremely distinctive from all the others I've eaten so far, because it's well-cooked (the slice remains almost rigid), the dough is flavorful and pleasant to the bite. The oversized disc (35cm) shows off its wood-fired cooking at its best. I chose the Verace, which was truly harmonious and balanced. We ordered supplì (definitely homemade, they have their own personality, even if I didn't love the lemon flavor); the fiori and cod, on the other hand, I think are store-bought and don't have that wow factor! The beverage selection doesn't live up to their product, neither on tap nor in bottles ; they're basic and something I could drink at home. I would have appreciated accompanying that delicious pizza with a nice German Pilsner, a Weizen, or a German Marzen...). The bottled water selection could be improved. The service is courteous but not very attentive. A pleasant family atmosphere if, like me, you appreciate this type of offering. I didn't order dessert, but my friends voraciously finished it. The price is average, but the pizza is worth it. The only unsolvable issue is parking. I'll definitely be back.
