Quality food, a very respectable selection of artisanal wines and beers, in a very well-kept location, a very knowledgeable host and welcoming waiters! Just one piece of advice: BOOK HERE! 😉

Dinner with friends. Everyone agrees on the top rating of the courses. The rustic but refined environment. Among the numerous qualities that could be listed there is certainly the attention to the customer shown by Mr. Giacomo who was able to advise and guide even the most demanding palates. We could have taken photos of the dishes, but they were so delicious that we consumed them before clicking. Highly recommended.

We always return willingly to the guesthouse. Excellent food, friendly staff and a well-kept venue, all just a short walk from the centre. A guarantee!!

Fantastische culinaire ervaring, hier moet je echt eens gegeten hebben, de gerechten zijn echte smaakbommetjes, snel geserveerd, heel vriendelijke uitbaters/personeel. Wij hadden niet gereserveerd maar kregen toch wel een tafeltje, was ook wel midden in de week.

07/05/2025: Typical sycilian bar in a small town with a really nice climate. But the real star were the huge cannoli with absolutely the best filling I have ever tried it’s a must try!
13/04/2025: We had breakfast at Bar Erice during a visit to Trapani. The place is simple and welcoming, with a good assortment of desserts. We ordered the cannoli, which were filled on the spot. The cream was fresh and well balanced, the wafer crunchy. The size seemed right to us, neither too large nor too small, ideal for breakfast. The service was quick and courteous. We liked finding a place where we could start the day with a carefully prepared traditional product. It was a pleasant stop that we would recommend to anyone passing through these parts.

19/05/2025: A wonderful experience. Delicious, typical dishes. Everything was perfect 👍.
18/05/2025: About a week ago, we had lunch here and it was overall our best and most memorable meal in Valderice. The restaurant is centrally located along the main street and offers a very well-curated menu of West Sicilian specialities and general Italian classics. We had a mix of meat and fish dishes, including the fish couscous, which was one of our highlights, and the almond parfait for dessert, which was the other. We were served by two very friendly and forthcoming hosts (not sure if it was the owners but may well have been). Especially the older waiter was charismatic and charming, joking around with the other guests and us, and making us feel welcome. The waitress was also very accommodating and friendly, speaking English well and catering excellently for our culinary needs .
