We at the dog trekking house often organize events at the Foresteria and what can I say? Spectacular location, excellent position, clean rooms and everything you need, excellent hospitality. We at the dog trekking house are also organizing another end-of-year event there.

Pure magic! We needed a couple of days off, and our stay at Santa Scolastica truly recharged us. Smiles and kindness were the qualities we appreciated in all the staff. The accommodation was basic but absolutely clean and comfortable, and the food exceeded our expectations. I hadn't had an amatriciana with homemade tonnarelli pasta this good in a long time, and the main courses and desserts were also excellent. The guided tour of the facility was lovely, with extremely kind and patient guides. Shopping at the herbalist's shop was a must. Nature did the rest.

Everything was perfect! Location, large parking lot, spotless rooms with bathrooms, comfortable beds, heating, good dinner and breakfast, delightful staff. Opportunity to purchase local products at great prices. Great value. We'll be back!

A beautiful hermitage in the monastery's undergrowth...a surreal silence in nature interrupted only by the sound of the waterfall...an experience not to be missed.
