I find the culinary ideas splendid. Passion and the raw material used. It's always an experience! The research into the dishes and the experimentation can be seen right from the starter. Fabulous cereal focaccia! Highly recommended...but not for everyone! It takes curiosity and good taste!

Everything was delicious and the staff were very kind. We especially loved the smoked lentil hummus and the pumpkin muffin with cinnamon cream. It's a shame we were only passing through Ivrea!

Very nice place with an intimate atmosphere where a meeting of electronic and industrial music was held today. It's a shame that we had to run away at the end of it but we promised ourselves to come back to enjoy the cuisine and the wine shop part because everything was very inviting❤️

22/02/2024: With Ciabot Pulaia, LEVEL UP! Rustic place but with a touch of modernity and colour, which seduces you right from the entrance veranda... Warm welcome from Sander who followed us throughout the lunch in a thoughtful but never intrusive manner... The 15 euro menu with first, second side, wine and coffee offers "unconventional" dishes for a Piedmontese trattoria such as Bucatini alla Gricia (guanciale, not bacon😉) and an extraordinary breaded aubergine stuffed with ham and cheese that we had never tried somewhere else.... We are a bit greedy and we didn't want to miss out on an "off the menu" dessert, and here too we can say that the pastiera was tasty without bordering on cloying thanks to the skilful dosage of cinnamon... Chef Francesco made his appearance in the room several times to check that everything was going well, and this is always an important indication of the care that the staff dedicates to its customers... 22/02/2024: Con Ciabot Pulaia, LEVEL UP! Locale rustico ma con un tocco di modernità e colore, che ti seduce già nella veranda di ingresso... Accoglienza calorosa di Sander che ci ha seguito per tutto il pranzo in maniera premurosa ma mai invadente... Il menù a 15 euro con primo secondo contorno vino e caffè propone delle portate "non convenzionali" per una trattoria piemontese come i Bucatini alla Gricia (guanciale, non pancetta😉) e una straordinaria melanzana impanata farcita di prosciutto e formaggio che non avevamo mai provata altrove.... Noi siamo un po' golosi e non abbiamo voluto farci mancare un "fuori menù" di dolce, ed anche qui possiamo affermare che la pastiera era gustosa senza sconfinare nello stucchevole grazie al sapiente dosaggio della cannella... Chef Francesco ha fatto più volte la sua apparizione in sala per verificare che tutto stesse andando bene, e questo è sempre un indizio importante della cura che lo staff dedica ai suoi avventori...
