Excellent sandwich, friendly staff always with a smile, excellent raw materials

We had lunch at Ivan and Rossana's and immediately felt like we were among friends. But the biggest surprise was the quality of the delicious horsemeat sandwiches. I was also impressed by the cleanliness, order, and attention to detail shown—not something you'll take for granted. If you're in Syracuse, you absolutely have to visit.

The food was decent, but I wouldn't rate it more than 3 out of 5. The atmosphere was a bit gloomy, though. There was constant talking between the owners, who were taking their time cooking, and the regular customers sitting right in front of the food truck. The sandwiches were swimming in sauce if you didn't tell them to stop quickly enough. Hygiene and cold chain practices were questionable.

Fabulous sandwiches... exceptional value for money... the owners are very kind and friendly... it's worth stopping for an excellent, well-made sandwich... congratulations...
