I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel, and it truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the owner, whose kindness shone through every interaction. This family-run business exudes a personal touch that you simply don’t find in larger hotels. We had an issue with the rental car when we arrived and the owner Marco went above and beyond to help. Every detail here reflects the care and dedication of the family behind the business. The rooms are well maintained rooms and extremely clean. The atmosphere is warm and comforting. I was especially impressed by the spa, which is kept spotlessly clean—a perfect place to unwind and relax. In the evening, dinner was a delightful experience, with a menu that truly impressed and satisfied my taste buds. Every element, from the thoughtful staff and homemade breakfast to the immaculate spa and excellent dinner, tells a story of genuine hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique, heartwarming experience where comfort, care, and personalized service are always at the forefront. The shuttle service to the slopes is a great addition and the driver Alessandro was so proactive and helpful. Thank you to Marco and the staff for all of us for a great holiday.

I used the hotel's spa service as a customer external to the hotel. The quality/price ratio is very advantageous. €25 for about two and a half hours. Inside the spa there is a relaxation area which children cannot access. There you will find the sauna, the Turkish bath, comfortable loungers to relax in and herbal tea dispensers. In the other room there is the swimming pool with hydromassage tub and the large internal swimming pool which also has external access. The view inside each room is simply wonderful. The only negative aspects are the floor which is extremely slippery and the fact that there is only one very small changing room with no division between men and women, so you waste a lot of time waiting for your turn to change. The staff is kind. As soon as you arrive you will be given a bag with bathrobe, towel and slippers. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is in these parts and wants to spend a couple of hours in absolute relaxation and carefree.

A not very big, family-run hotel, quite comfortable, the owners are very caring and responsible. The breakfast was varied and tasty, there were also fruits. The dinner menu can be pre-ordered or requested in the restaurant, the prices are appropriate, for a restaurant, the food is tasty. The SPA area is paid extra but is fantastically beautiful. The view from the sauna, the SPA area and the outdoor pool will remain an unforgettable experience for us. The water temperature in the pool is ok, about 23-25 ​​degrees, our children stayed for about an hour without getting out :). It was about 1-3 degrees outside and going out to the outdoor pool to admire the Dolomites from the pool was something unforgettable. The rooms are a bit small (we had a 16m2 room with a double bed and a bunk bed for children). There are no hangers to dry towels and robes from the Spa. It was cleaned every day and the whole hotel was clean. It is a special room for skis and to dry ski boots. The hotel also has a delivery service to the pier and back, it is very convenient, and the driver Alexander was very kind to us every time we requested him and he came in about 3-5 minutes. Although the Hotel is not located right in Madonna, but about 5-10 minutes from the center, the delivery services to and from the cable cars were much more comfortable than if we had stayed in the town because Alexander brought us or picked us up from different cable cars, for which we thank him very much. So, I can confidently recommend this hotel, we felt comfortable, the spa area and the panoramic view will remain in our memory for a long time. Thank you!

I stayed in this splendid hotel from 17 to 22 January with friends and as a couple for a holiday in the mountains, and it was a simply perfect experience. The hotel offers many services that make your stay comfortable and pleasant: from the bus that easily connects to the center and the ski facilities, to the ski equipment rental service, with a convenient agreement. We arrived without a car and never missed it, thanks to the excellent organization and impeccable connections. The staff was exceptional: very kind, professional and always attentive to our needs. The spa is a real marvel, perfect for relaxing after a day on the snow, and the view from the property is simply enchanting. An unforgettable stay that I recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy the mountains with all the comforts!

New spa with dry and wet sauna, outdoor swimming pool - with a beautiful view. The water in the outdoor pool is a bit too cold. Breakfast was very good, the rooms were clean and spacious, although when booking there was no information that the room was facing the street - a bit noisy. A ski bus to the ski lifts is available - a very polite driver. We spent a very enjoyable holiday here.

I cannot rate the rooms because I only used the spa as an external visitor. The spa enjoys stunning views of the mountains. The structure is new, well maintained and clean although not very large. However, external entrance is limited and therefore there was no crowding. Perfect for a relaxing afternoon with a view (children are not allowed). Great price and very kind staff!

We spent just one night in this welcoming property. The location is UNIQUE!! The view is breathtaking. Very friendly staff as well as the service. Clean rooms, like the delightful SPA with hot outdoor pool. Abundant and excellent breakfast. We'll be back.

Gorgeous hotel! Marco's welcome was friendly and professional, he immediately responded to all our needs and gave useful advice for our stay! Half board gave us excellent breakfasts and dinners with varied and delicious menus! A special compliment to the chef because there wasn't a dish that wasn't appreciated! Clean rooms and discreet and respectful staff! The SPA offers everything you could wish for and the swimming pool lets you enjoy a breathtaking landscape. The same goes for the sauna which, with its large window, allows you to admire the splendid Dolomites! I couldn't find a notable flaw. Congratulations to everyone!
