Pesce buonissimo tanto di tutto per essere un menù degustazione e troppo di condimento su tutti gli assaggi. Non è possibile e inaccettabile mettere 3 kg di salsa rosa sopra 2 gamberetti! Impossibile mangiare 2 primi se prima porti 1kg di polenta a testa! (Buonissimo il sugo della polenta). Tutto il servizio è stato abbastanza elegante fino a quando non ci hanno portato il sorbetto al limone in bicchieri di carta!!! Capisco tutto ma 4 flute sarebbero stati la scelta migliore! Del resto le cameriere sono state gentilissime, servizio D.O.C! Evidentemente la cucina si deve ridimensionare un po' sulle portate!... Tornerò sicuramente sperando di poter mangiare questa volta tutto il menù di pesce! (Con meno salse).
