Ottima cena a base di prodotti tipici e di qualità del territorio, dai piatti alla carta dei vini. Ambiente accogliente e personale gentile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Abbiamo condiviso un tagliere misto di salumi e formaggi e un tagliere divino di lardo con castagne e miele. A seguire gnocchi di castagne con fonduta e nocciole e polenta valdostana, il tutto accompagnato da un rosso Fumin.

Recommended place for both the quality of the food and the service. Friendly staff who know how to give you the right advice.
"Coccolata" for food reasons on dessert, single portion with mandarin frost, very good, they made me happy.

Excellent place to have dinner, we took mixed cheese and cured meat platters, crepes with fontina, venison stew and an excellent Gamay from the area.
We are really satisfied with Giuseppe's welcome who made us feel at home, also offering us the bitters of the area.
Beautiful evening also because the atmosphere with the snow makes this place magical.
We will definitely return next time we come to Valle D'Aosta.

We inaugurated the new year with a dinner in this foundry recommended by friends and we were satisfied!
2 of us had the bourguignonne (raw meat to be cooked in a saucepan with boiling oil) accompanied by delicious special sauces, French fries and bread.
Other friends had lard with honey, polenta with meat, tagliatelle with ragù.
The place seems set in stone, has a few tables at the entrance and a room downstairs.
Downstairs there was a strong smell of melted cheese, perhaps expected in a place of this type but not to be underestimated for those who don't like cheese!
Friendly and knowledgeable staff in explaining the various dishes (which is not to be taken for granted!)

An error in the process which however ruined our lunch, we order strudel and by mistake they put salt in it... the problem is not so much that it is a human error, but rather the fact that we then laughed at the error and we even paid for it....
Not really the best treatment from this mistake
Very nice location, friendly girl who served us, very good first courses
