Follie di Focaccia In Rapallo

Un piccolo locale nel cuore della città, silenzioso e tranquillo. Una focaccia al formaggio davvero folle: impasto sottilissimo, tanto stracchino e condimenti abbondanti. Da provare anche le schiacciate, senza lievito e molto molto buone pure loro (foto). Ho apprezzato molto la personalità che il ragazzo ha dato alle sue focacce. Servizio molto veloce (compatibilmente con i tempi di cottura, è chiaro). Da non lasciarsi scappare!

Siamo stati da Follie di Focaccia in occasione di una cena tra amici. Questo locale dispone di uno spazio esterno molto piacevole, che si affaccia su una delle vie interne di Rapallo. Il menù è ampio e tutte le focacce assaggiate era piacevoli. Io ho provato quella con il pesto genovese, e assaggiato la pizzata. Prezzi adeguati
