Folk Osteria In Orvieto

We tried the lampredotto sandwich, even ordering a second helping, accompanied by excellent craft beers. The place is quiet, well-shaded from the sun in the outdoor area. Friendly staff and fast service.

What can I say...we were looking for a non-touristy lunch spot in Orvieto. This was it, and we had a really good time, with tempos that felt like a Pink Floyd suite. The owner is a fan, and we enjoyed truly excellent, simple cuisine. Highly recommended.

We had the most amazing lunch here! Staff was kind and the food was delicious. We had the focaccia with prosciutto and the umbrichelli cacio e pepe and it was one of the best pasta dishes on our trip throughout Italy.

I found the food very good, both the tripe and the pasta. Maybe the grumpy nature of the owner doesn't please someone but the place is beautiful and the food is genuine.

It's how it was cooked in ancient times and it's always delicious here, tasty and delicious -The Abbruzzese bread meatballs, TOP!! Tasty, an alternative to the meat ones and very, very tasty, fried and sautéed in sauce, really worth trying In short, here, everything has an authentic flavor, the ingredients are selected and cooked with care and the quality/price ratio is excellent All in a magical atmosphere, in the historic center of Orvieto, in a small square with a modern fountain, whose gushing water acts as a background to magical summer evenings... A suggestive place, taken care of in every way! Very good food... Mr. Raffaele very friendly!

We stopped for an aperitif, a cake and a spritz.... Really grumpy waiter, but it was enough to read some signs to understand: that's the style of the place.

Delightful location, friendly and attentive staff. The focaccia with rosemary and ham is excellent, as is the red wine. Advised!!

Girando per Orvieto ci siamo imbattuti in questa Osteria, affacciata su una piazzetta. Giornata piacevole e ci accomodiamo all' esterno. Arredi semplici, cartelli con aforismi simpatici, bella atmosfera. Piatti semplici ma gustosi, tempi non così lunghi come i cartelli fanno intendere. Vale la sosta.
