We booked 10 people, a wonderful experience, excellent and very abundant food, family environment, friendliness and super price. Highly recommended, I will definitely return.

Friendly staff, quite attentive, even if we had to ask for bread, they were mobbed. Cuisine that, even if a little slow, is worth the wait, the dishes were good, plentiful and tasty. The menu offers various choices of typical first and second courses, prices around €10-12 between first and second courses. Pastry dessert voucher €5. Top Tuscan bread. Clean bathroom, only one. Lentils recommended, umbrichelli alla norcina very good, sausage and beans very good although very peppery. Advised!

Il locale si trova in una bella piazzetta fuori dalla calca del centro di Orvieto ed il menù propone una vasta scelta di piatti tipici della zona ma anche della cucina laziale. Un cartello in evidenza ci fa capire che i tempi del servizio non saranno veloci e vi confermo che non è una battuta o uno scherzo ma la pura verità. Quel giorno Orvieto pullulava di gente ed il titolare probabilmente stanco o in evidente giornata storta si è reso protagonista di alcune uscite piuttosto scortesi, soprattutto nei confronti di alcuni nostri vicini di tavolo; gestire una trattoria significa anche creare empatia e dispensare entusiasmo e cortesia ma in quel giorno nessuna di queste doti era presente. Il cibo era anche buono e gli umbrichelli alla gricia e alla boscaiola erano ben conditi e saporiti. Spero che il proprietario possa trarre qualche spunto dalle recensioni per rivedere il suo approccio gestionale.
