A very nice place. We stopped in without knowing what to expect, and I must say we were pleasantly surprised both by the authentic, homemade food and by the owner's friendliness and sense of humor. Highly recommended.

Strolling through the streets of Orvieto, we were drawn to the beautiful little square that houses this osteria. The informal atmosphere, the cleverly humorous quotes hanging around, and the inviting dishes convinced us to sit down. Everything was excellent, including the service.

We had lunch with a first course, cacio e pepe pasta...TASTY. A cold second course, tomato and burrata...FRESH. We shared the side dish, a simple focaccia with rosemary...VERY GOOD and SERVED HOT.

Girando per Orvieto ci siamo imbattuti in questa Osteria, affacciata su una piazzetta. Giornata piacevole e ci accomodiamo all' esterno. Arredi semplici, cartelli con aforismi simpatici, bella atmosfera. Piatti semplici ma gustosi, tempi non così lunghi come i cartelli fanno intendere. Vale la sosta.
