I don't know if this bar is officially rated among the best in Ferrara, but for me it is: quality, service, and kindness, even in the midst of a crowd. The place is packed, the staff is always present, courteous, quick, with a kind of attention that is by no means a given these days. Here, you're welcomed as a customer, not as a nuisance. And yes, there's even a bathroom—which should be normal, but evidently isn't everywhere. The difference between a successful establishment and one that lives off its name lies entirely here: attention to detail, respect for people, and genuine professionalism. When the substance is truly there, the form follows effortlessly. Congratulations: this is restaurant business.

Best Caffè Macchiato in Ferrara, Centro. Also, their uniquely served Crema is to die for! Staff is so friendly, they remembered I loved the Crema, and served me bigger servings on all of my next visits!
