Foggy Mug Flagship Store In Ferrara

I love their pastries. We've been coming here for years, but the service is always bad. The waiters and bar staff don't communicate properly, and it happens that they bring you pastries (or you get them from the bar) and you sit down and get a drink after 20 minutes. It's not normal, and you see that people who sat down after you are already being brought drinks, so... we need to find a work strategy...

The staff is incredibly friendly and fast, always smiling. The idea of ​​using coffee cream instead of sugar is wonderful: a detail that makes all the difference! The location is central, very convenient, and the breakfast is truly excellent. A place where you can start your day with pleasure and always want to return.

I really want to leave a review for this place, but especially for the kindness of its owner. Even though I stopped in quickly and just for a coffee at the counter, he was extremely polite and friendly, even offering me a delicious, truly excellent coffee cream. I'll return at a more leisurely pace, but it was really worth spending a few minutes because these days, we're no longer accustomed to such gratuitous kindness.

The place itself is nothing special, but this might be very subjective. However, if you want to get something more than just a regular italian espresso / cappuccino, this is the place to go in Ferrara. Friendly staff, specialty coffee available, wide variety of coffee drinks. Highly recommended. I'm so surprised that I didn't write a review after my return from Ferrara as this was one of the highlights of the trip. Some pastry and snacks available, I have not tried those as I was there solely for the coffee. And, and.. sport newspapers available, that's also a plus :-)
