I don't know if the bearded gentleman is the owner or an employee, but being so friendly and kind to customers, always, is Oscar-worthy. I've always worked in contact with the public and understand the difficulties they face on a daily basis... anyway, everyone's well done.

The waiters and bar staff don't communicate properly, and it happens that they bring you pastries (or you get them from the bar) and you sit down and get a drink after 20 minutes. It's not normal, and you see that people who sat down after you are already being brought drinks, so... we need to find a work strategy...
