Excellent choice of meat, local and international cuts, pizza with good quality ingredients from mozzarella to the dough. I tasted the pork shank cooked at low temperatures and wok-style vegetables.

Family atmosphere, well-kept details, professionalism and very high quality. Here's what to expect from this place. As a tartare lover I tell you that this is the best ever, the recipe is with yellow datterino tomatoes and it is a combo that works wonderfully. Next we had the gricia with a divine cream that I would have eaten tons of. We couldn't help but end with the berry cheesecake cake, made by them, with an internal biscuit to truly make love to the flavour🤤😍 I highly recommend it, I recommend it over everything 🤩

Cenato per la prima volta io e il mio compagno, dopo un pranzo di pesce abbiamo optato per una cena di carne.
Ottimo ristorante a centocelle, lo proclamerei come miglior ristorante di carne! Ottimo anche il servizio, gentilezza, cortesia e attenzione al cliente.

Il titolare è molto attento a consigliarvi e spiegarvi ogni piatto. I prodotti sono molto buoni, la brace perfetta.
Se questo locale si trovasse nel centro di Roma, o in zona più adatta anche a fare una bella passeggiata, andrebbe a tutto foco !
