30/09/2025: I visited this wonderful restaurant for my husband's birthday with friends. We opted for a tasting menu that truly amazed us with its meticulous attention to detail throughout the dishes, where we always found traditional flavors with a modern twist that never distorted the dish's origins. A special mention goes to the slow-cooked egg, with its truly unique flavor and elegant presentation, and the stuffed tagliatella.
