I stopped by Danilo and Francesca's place in Bologna and I have to say it's a little gem. The service is fast and extremely friendly, and you immediately feel welcomed. The cured meats are truly high-quality, and the tigelle... simply delicious, warm, and fragrant. A place I'll happily return to again and again! Highly recommended.

I went for the all-you-can-eat menu and I have to say it was a fantastic experience! Everything was incredibly fresh, with generous portions and a variety that truly caters to every taste. Each dish was carefully prepared and served promptly. A special thanks to Danilo, who was incredibly kind, always available, and with an infectious warmth that immediately put you at ease. His attentiveness and friendliness made the experience even more enjoyable. I will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well in a welcoming environment!

The tigelle, warm and fragrant, seemed to me a discreet and necessary prelude, almost a domestic ritual preparing for the intimacy of the meal. The cured meats, rich in flavor and history, spoke of a land in no hurry to forget itself.
