I'm quite a regular at this place in Palermo in via Isidoro la lumia 😍😍the owner is very kind, super helpful and the sandwiches are of a wonderful quality ❤️ I recommend the aubergines, the Ascolana olives and the tiramisu 😍😍😍😍

Nice soft burger bun with a little toasted crunch. Very tasty purple burger menu with lentilpatty, aubergine chips (+1,50€) and rocket sauce(+0,80€). The menu includes water, softdrinks like coke cost 1,50€ extra. A sauce is not included in the menu and costs 0,80€ extra. You can sit outside but you can hear some traffic. You have to order at the counter and then get a pager/buzzer, so you have to pick it up later.

On a sunny Saturday in July, I tried Flower Burger in Palermo. I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the girl at the cashier: friendly and smiling. I found the same attention to detail in the burger: truly, truly good. The potatoes and eggplant were excellent. A relaxing break on a hot day. Well done!

Esperienza molto positiva al Flower Burger di Palermo! Il locale non è accogliente e colorato, il servizio è semplice, ma ciò che conta davvero — il cibo — è stato davvero sorprendente. Si percepisce chiaramente l’impegno e lo studio dietro ogni preparazione. I piatti sono gustosi, ben pensati e appaganti, sia dal punto di vista del gusto che della consistenza. Nessuna nostalgia di carne o pesce: tutto si mangia con piacere e soddisfazione, e si sente che non è un’alternativa improvvisata ma frutto di vera passione per la cucina vegetale. Tornerò sicuramente per provare altre preparazioni

02/10/2025: Unfortunately, I can't give more stars...I would gladly give a few more. Simply everything was perfect. A lunch first narrated and explained by the owner of the trattoria with love and care, and then thoroughly enjoyed with my husband. Mixed fried fish including panelle, fried sage, and croquettes. Amazing eggplant caponata. Swordfish rolls and fish soup, fried octopus accompanied by sweet and sour caramelized onion. To finish, and to die for, ricotta cannoli, the ones from Piana degli Albanesi. A fresh Etna white wine, whose cellar I can't remember now, but they have several. Coffee and house liqueur were included. Very fair prices for the quality, deliciousness, and generous portions. A refined restaurant, simple and elegant. Delightful and attentive staff, providing attentive, unobtrusive service. To say I recommend it is an understatement...don't miss it!!!!!

02/10/2025: They welcome customers with courtesy, the food is excellent, and the wine is equally good. The prices are slightly higher than those of the island's competitors, but the quantity justifies this.
30/09/2025: I thank Francesco and his two chefs for creating two seemingly simple dishes that are decidedly classy, ​​thanks in part to the excellent quality of the ingredients. I'm happy to pay for quality, which is lacking in many restaurants... spending a little more is fine if the result is what we experienced.
