I'm quite a regular at this place in Palermo in via Isidoro la lumia 😍😍the owner is very kind, super helpful and the sandwiches are of a wonderful quality ❤️ I recommend the aubergines, the Ascolana olives and the tiramisu 😍😍😍😍

Nice soft burger bun with a little toasted crunch.
Very tasty purple burger menu with lentilpatty, aubergine chips (+1,50€) and rocket sauce(+0,80€).
The menu includes water, softdrinks like coke cost 1,50€ extra.
A sauce is not included in the menu and costs 0,80€ extra.
You can sit outside but you can hear some traffic.
You have to order at the counter and then get a pager/buzzer, so you have to pick it up later.

On a sunny Saturday in July, I tried Flower Burger in Palermo. I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the girl at the cashier: friendly and smiling. I found the same attention to detail in the burger: truly, truly good. The potatoes and eggplant were excellent. A relaxing break on a hot day. Well done!

Esperienza molto positiva al Flower Burger di Palermo! Il locale non è accogliente e colorato, il servizio è semplice, ma ciò che conta davvero — il cibo — è stato davvero sorprendente.
Si percepisce chiaramente l’impegno e lo studio dietro ogni preparazione. I piatti sono gustosi, ben pensati e appaganti, sia dal punto di vista del gusto che della consistenza.
Nessuna nostalgia di carne o pesce: tutto si mangia con piacere e soddisfazione, e si sente che non è un’alternativa improvvisata ma frutto di vera passione per la cucina vegetale.
Tornerò sicuramente per provare altre preparazioni
