A perfect place to stay and have dinner or lunch!
We were greeted with pleasure even if we arrived a little bit late.
The tasting menu were very tasty and very nicely presented.
A little advice regarding to risotto: a little salty and too much lemon, but otherwise, everything was great!
Very good wines, the staff was very friendly, after only two hours it was as if we had been staying for several days.
Definitely worth a return for me!

Beautiful location located on a hill overlooking San Paolo D Argon. Beautiful, clean, private restaurant with a curious detail of paintings on the walls containing chef's shirts with dedication. Good, elegant, refined food. Impeccable service.

Esperienza fantastica presso l’elegante ristorante stella Michelin di Umberto De Martino nel relais Florian Maison. Pranzo domenicale di assoluto livello con piatti di profondo carattere dove la materia prima è’ stata la regina incontrastata. Sapori sbalorditivi che mi hanno piacevolmente sorpreso per gusto e raffinatezza d’insieme. Complimenti a Monia esemplare regista di sala ed un bravo a Giulio per la sua naturale gentilezza. Grazie.

Dinner with friends with a Gourmantic menu: beautiful and scenic location with adjacent parking. Classy hospitality as well as the interior spaces and the room with the beautiful window overlooking the panorama below. The round and spacious tables are beautiful.
The service was truly impeccable.
The classic French method bubbles were much appreciated and accompanied us until dessert with glasses always promptly filled, which is not to be taken for granted.
Coming to the food, the opinion becomes so-so, we all appreciated the focaccias and the amuse-bouche, but the sausage and broccoli cappuccino was more spectacular than anything else and the pasta and potatoes with prawn bisque rather bland.
The crispy pork and dessert were a little better, however in the end we were all a little disappointed.
Perhaps something was missing with higher quality raw materials.
The evening was overall very pleasant as was the sober final greeting from the chef in the dining room.

Very interesting experience, we chose the Gourmantic Menu, absolutely fantastic food, service and environment, as expected for places of this level. The unexpected cuddles (homemade Easter Colomba and chat at the end of dinner) are the icing on the cake of a perfect evening.

Surprise for a friend. Had lunch with a tasting menu.
Excellent welcome, the Chef and his wife are always present in the room, very attentive in their service.
Very pleasant entrees, the half-macheroncino stuffed with Carbonara and the polenta chips with squid ink and anchovies.
The appetizer with friarielli, chili pepper and sausage is very original, while the substance lies entirely in the first course, namely pasta and potatoes.
The use of different types of pasta is intriguing and although all are al dente, they are different when chewed. The prawn and its bisque are good and enrich the dish of poor origins.
As a second course, the Piglet is very tender, the apple puree and the cooking juices with a small meatball are good.
Dessert looks like a masterpiece.
Chocolate base that creates a ripple in the shape of branches on which raspberries, white chocolate, a gianduja sphere, sugar, a pink sponge with its fork and a raspberry sorbet are placed.
Good coffee (illy) and ugly but good little pastries with hazelnuts and I don't remember what else.
Really nice and bright place. Cutlery, ceramics and crystals at the top.
The Chef's reasoning is beautiful when I ask in summer with the outside how many seats they make, the answer: "always the same inside or outside". They don't do it for the money, but they do it for passion. Applause.

High level experience, refined and excellent food, kindness of all the staff, starting from the hosts.
Highest quality raw materials.
An experience worth doing at least once, because such refined places where you eat divinely are rare.
I took very few photos because I enjoyed and enjoyed the moment.
A very satisfying Sunday lunch!

We had dinner in this beautiful restaurant with the Gourmantico initiative. The raw material is certainly of high quality, but it still lacks a touch of explosiveness in the flavours. However, in our opinion, there were some flaws; the entire dinner was not accompanied by breadsticks or bread but only by about 3/4 pieces of focaccia (I want to point out, it was very good) each; our table was also set with a bread plate. On the contrary, the other tables (not from the gourmantic initiative) had breadsticks and bread available. We understand that this initiative includes a limited menu but in short, I think breadsticks and bread are the basis. We asked the waiter if it was possible to bring us some bread, to his affirmative answer the bread never arrived also because the second course on which we wanted to make a shoe, in the meantime, had been taken away from us. The wait between one dish and another was quite long, which wasn't a big problem for us because it's always pleasant to chat in company, the chef pointed out the wait, pleasantly lightening things up, but that's why some bread it wouldn't have gone amiss. Furthermore, the small pastry to accompany the coffee was initially brought only for 4 people (there were 5 of us), after about 10 minutes the missing portion was brought but obviously the coffee had already been drunk. Friendly staff. Very beautiful location.

Tried last night with Gourmantico route, high level experience. All courses were decidedly good, the first course and dessert were unmissable!!
Strong flavors and dishes developed in a gourmet key but starting from traditional recipes, very very satisfied!!
Only note, if we were to be picky, I would have liked the possibility of pairing the meat main course with a good glass of red as an alternative to the excellent champagne-brut proposed to accompany all the dishes.
In this formula, an excellent discovery at a very interesting price.
Excellent service and very nice location.
