07/11/2025: A very well-maintained restaurant, with attention to detail and truly unique features, such as the piano in the middle of the room and the moonlight descending from the ceiling.
Among the various menus available, we opted for the surprise menu, adding rigatoni cacio e pepe cooked in a bladder, the restaurant's signature dish.
From the chef's welcome, through the mezzancolle, amberjack, butter and cheese risotto, and cod, to the dessert shared with the chef, everything was presented, explained, and cooked impeccably.
The staff, never pushy but always present.
Side note: adjacent to the restaurant is an unheated room, for summer use, with a single table, truly magnificent.
The wait is worth it for the overall experience.
06/11/2025: What a great place: authentic Italian recipies/ideas perfectly created. They bridge the gap between very down to earth ideas & kitchen and Michelin execution and presentation. Loved the crazy idea of ONE (!!!) piece of pasta combined with the greatest sauce ever ... but so much more to like than only the great food: young enthusiastic service, masterful restaurant management and great atmosphere directly at the lake --- a truly great evening and one of the best Michelin experiences I had in the last 30 years . THANK YOU!
