The absolute best of all the restaurants I visited during the Immaculate Conception long weekend. The carbonara, cacio e pepe, and tiramisu were beyond compare. The staff were friendly and professional.

Excellent restaurant serving classic Roman cuisine in Testaccio. A (deservedly) modest menu, charming atmosphere, and impeccable Roman food. The fried cod is excellent among the appetizers, as is the tart with sour cherry jam. Classic and timeless Roman pasta dishes.

This is a very authentic Italian restaurant, located in the suburbs a bit far from the city center. It's very popular with locals, so it's recommended to make a reservation online in advance. The food is overly salty for Asian palates, to the point of being numbing. Tomato-based dishes are recommended as they are easier to eat. However, the Italians at the table all seemed to be enjoying their meal quite happily, so if you like Italian food, it's worth a try.

The best carbonara I've had in Rome, in a unique setting on the slopes of Mount Testaccio. We also tried the appetizers (artichokes alla giudìa and alla romana, puntarelle), and then, after the first courses, a sampling of oxtail stew and Roman-style tripe. We finished with an exceptional tiramisu. Everything was delicious and high-quality. My favorite in Rome 👍

Situato a Roma, in una zona non troppo centrale, il locale non è dotato di parcheggio privato ma è facilmente raggiungibile.
Allestito in alcune vecchie cantine vinicole, il ristorante è molto carino e accogliente. Personale alla mano e veloce.
Piatti tipicamente romani, porzioni abbondanti e ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Llevo 30 años trabajando en el extranjero y este lugar es uno de mis restaurantes favoritos en Testaccio. Soy italiano y volvemos con mi esposa y mi familia la mayoría de las veces que vuelvo a Roma.
Esta es una gran ubicación y el restaurante es impresionante y en general una noche maravillosa. El servicio es un poco lento a veces, pero vale la pena la experiencia gastronómica y el vino.
Casual y gran relación calidad-precio. Recomiendo encarecidamente la pasta alla gricia, así como el vino blanco de la casa era muy agradable.
