Nice place, good food, but waiting times to be served were definitely too long: at least 40 minutes from ordering both times I was for dinner!

We had dinner on a Saturday evening in a group of about ten people. The location is very beautiful and characteristic of steakhouses, well furnished and with very large spaces. They have a very nice outdoor space (but since it was winter it obviously couldn't be used), and it seems to me that the parking spaces are few compared to the capacity of the restaurant.
The main focus and absolute protagonist of the menu is meat, available both grilled, as well as tartare, burgers and more, as well as some first courses, grilled pizzas and even vegan choices (?)
There were several disappointing points, the first was the service not so much in the performances of the waiters, always kind and helpful, but in the arrival of the courses given that the first two dishes arrived (cold, tartarre) and after more than twenty minutes the others slowly, with however also other waits between the various dishes, resulting in an unpleasant and very annoying eating by the diners; you can accept a few minutes away (even if it's not good) but it's very unpleasant, even though it's Saturday.
The ribs were good, cooked as requested, but nothing special.. I also liked the tartare, while the ribs at the BBQ definitely failed, given that they were almost not at all at the BBQ, probably just brushed, but the sauce and the flavor of the BBQ sauce did not penetrate the meat, and in fact you find yourself eating simple grilled pork tips brushed with sauce.. certainly not a 19eur dish.
The smoked purée is excellent, and the warm heart cake is more than appreciable.
Personally I have not seen all this great quality as praised in the menu, the idea is that we are faced with a typical franchise with little real attention to the raw materials (see the numerous asterisks in the menu), and therefore for this reason the price is probably too high, more legitimate if they were to place a few euros less. Let's say that if you want to eat a steak worthy of the name, it's better to choose something else in my opinion
Finally, one last unpleasant note, they are the black slate plates (I'm not sure they are slate), beautiful to look at, but really not very functional, you can't cut anything on them!
