I think it's one of the best bartending academies in Lombardy, if not Italy. Claudio and Roberto are the best teachers you'll ever find. They manage to explain concepts that I think would take more than a week to understand in a way that isn't boring, but rather very fluent and engaging. Alice and I thank you so much for this experience!

A wonderful experience, a very well-designed course that combines theoretical knowledge with practical experience and offers you numerous ideas for further exploring other aspects of a large and complex world. It's a comprehensive course where at the end you leave with the ability to navigate the world of cocktails, learning techniques, dosages, and recipes. Keep up the good work.
