I wanted to wait until I had time to sit down and write a thorough review, so I could give this establishment its due praise. We stopped for a quick bite to eat before our dinner and I felt as though we could have just stayed a few hours and had dinner there. The pizza was terrific and the owner offered us fried rice balls as well as some fresh dough drizzled with quality olive oil. He went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed our meal, explaining how the fried rice balls were a traditional roman street food, but even without the personal touch we would have left 5 stars. The food really does speak for itself. I wish we didn't have to leave so we could frequent this place. Buonissimo!

Consigliato da assidui clienti, ci ha portato in questo ristorante il desiderio di una cena di buona carne. Abbiamo assaggiato dall’antipasto, al primo, al secondo e al dolce. I piatti più elaborati erano deliziosi, la lasagna di farina di castagne e ragù di lepre è un connubio perfetto, una semplice tagliata di filetto danese ha soddisfatto pienamente il desiderio che mi ha condotto qui. Anche la seadas finale, per la quale a fatica è stato lasciato un po’ dì spazio, vale da sola il prossimo ritorno. Servizio ricercato e attento, non invadente. Che bravi!

21/08/2024: My girlfriend and I stopped at the Santa Rosa bar, we found it by chance, but it was a very welcome surprise, the staff is very kind, the view is spectacular, but even more incredible are the products they serve, the cappuccinos they were excellent, the pastry, the caprese and the lemon pasticciotto were fantastic. What can I say, I highly recommend it.
10/08/2024: The Sfogliatella with a capital S. Santarosa is a must for anyone visiting Conca dei Marini. But beyond the goodness of the products and the splendid view, what we particularly appreciated was the kindness of the staff who saved us a Sfogliatella and a Caprese with lemon as promised by telephone in the afternoon. We will definitely be back
