What a great evening! The place immediately appears familiar, a few tables and a semi-self service: you have your pre-printed leaflet with the list of the stoker's goodies and you write down the quantities you want; in the meantime there is Mrs. Lucia who spies on you from the ember pass and if you have a doubt like those that make you say "and now who do I ask?" who makes you look around for help, you find yourself Lucia who already nods his head to reassure you that you will satisfy your desire for that capocollo off the menu for tonight! For raw meat lovers like me, I'm already the vegan of carnivores, Carpaccio, tartare and raw sausages are there waiting for you! Perfect cooking and superior meat quality! Don't expect much else other than meat, salad or grilled potatoes on the side and decent quality wine with a few other teetotal drinks. However, expect a lot of welcome and friendliness. Roberto and Lucia are the people everyone would like at the table for a cheerful evening. We'll be back, we'll be back... I have to taste that divine primitivo braised meat again and then my wife wants to take a portion home! 😅 Highly recommended only for those who want quality food! Ah! I forgot... €35 each after eating, drinking and laughing for 3 hours straight! Invest in health!
