Cozy and well-kept place. Paolo is SUPER.. kind, friendly and attentive to personal needs. The food is delicious, very fresh and of high quality, as is the wine from excellent cellars. I had a really pleasant evening! The kitchen staff is very competent, I don't like sushi places that are always similar and anonymous. PHILOLOGICO exceeded expectations! I will definitely return, highly recommended ♡

Frequento questo locale da qualche tempo e posso scrivere senza ombra di dubbio che merita di essere visitato. Unico nel suo genere qui a Frascati, per gli amanti del sushi è un punto di riferimento. Per chi invece preferisce il pesce, come me, è un posto eccellente dove trovare piatti sfiziosi e buonissimi. Il servizio è eccellente. I prezzi sono nella norma. Struttura molto carina ideale sia in coppia sia con amici. Da consigliare.

We've become somewhat of regular costumers in this cute fusion restaurant, that definitely deserves attention in a place such as Frascati, famous for its roman cuisine. The location is decorated tastefully and it gives out such a pleasant vibe. Two guys running the place are really polite and professional, and the most important thing is that the food is great! For sushi lovers there is a great variety to choose from, but you can also try some of the great appetisers, poke, or pasta and main courses that they offer and are truly exceptional, plus you pay less then in many fish restaurants (almost all the dishes are fish based).

Welcoming location with friendly and attentive staff. Sushi quality above average, I also managed to find the Oppidum wine. Prices a little above average, but if you want quality it seems right to me. I will definitely come back congratulations I have returned several times and have now eaten everything on the menu, I renew everyone's chance to try this restaurant because it is truly fabulous. The guy who owns us became friends for a little while, a very good, humble guy who pays attention to the smallest details. We will see each other soon! Hello logical thread
